Excellent food. Fair prices. Made fresh and the employees are friendly. The place is easy to get into. Nice and clean appearance... on the outside. *Only once did they make a mistake and forgot one sandwich, large fry, and large onion rings. We had a largefamily order. When we got home and discovered it I called and they took our info for replacement. As for the food quality, Ihave never had any complaints. Food is always hot, fresh, well wrapped or packaged. In regards to Covid protocols, the employeeswere wearing masks and gloves! Eating out is expensive everywhere, but for what you get at Culver?s it?s definitely worth goingthere! Read more
As much as this place is always busy. It is probably the best place to go for fast food! I love that the kids menu has coupons... on it and also the size of the kids meal is actually very decent. You can also use the tokens on the side to get a scoop of icecream for your child. There's selection of food is outstanding. Dang. Definitely a much better place to eat for fast food. Theonly thing I do have to mention though is that there is always a line. So the wait is there. Also if you do go at night, thewait is pretty long. We normally stay in line for about 45 minutes befive minutes before we even reach the window. We only go ifwe have time to spare and things to do in the car while we wait. Read more
Fast food burgers should absolutely not be this raw. The wait was over 40 minutes, and the service was awful. They need new... management to crack down on food quality and time. Read more
I haven't had Culver's in three years. I have to say I could've waited longer. For what I paid for my meal I was not impressed.... My burger was dry, like the meat was made earlier and then reheated when cheese was put on it. My fries were cold. I know thatthey don't stay warm forever but this was not good at all. Was looking forward to a fountain Pepsi, that couldn't be messed upits fountain Pepsi. Nope it was weak tasting. They had plenty of staff there, so I have no idea what the problem was. I would like to begin this review by saying I frequent Culver's restaurants because they are all over the place when I travel... for work. I went to the one closest to my home tonight. The young lady who took my order was nice, but she handed me my drinkwith soda dripping down the cup. I pulled up to wait in line, and I was brought my custard. It was good, but I could have easilyeaten two of them with the amount of time it took them to bring me my food. When the young lady brought out my food, I had aquestion about the receipt. I yelled, "Ma'am," at her several times as she walked back into the restaurant. I pulled into theparking lot to look through the bag to see if I could answer my own question, and I saw the young lady get into a car. Now Iknow why she didn't help me. I received no napkins in the bag. The food was good though. I give them a solid three. Read more
