The young blonde girl working there this Sunday around 7:30pm was beyond rude. She slammed an ice cream bowl on the counter... after I asked for a lid because She put too much ice cream in a small container. I had to switch my ice cream over to anothercontainer and put the lid on it myself. This wouldn?t have been a problem if she didn?t go over to talk bad about us with hercoworkers. Read more

I placed an order a week ago for a cake and strawberries. Get there at my pick up time and I was asked to come back 45 minutes... later because my order wasn't ready. Can't very well come back when I have my son's birthday party, who this order was for.Terrible customer service and definitely will not be returning to this location. I absolutely love the manager from this place. She is warming and most like a sister figure from any establishment I've ever... been. Cold Stone Midtown is a quality vibe with a deadly amount of treats and ice cream flavors to choose from! They have a full case... of totally chocolate dipped items as well as another case filled with caramel apples with all sorts of topping variations! Theirprices seemed more than fair and the ice cream was really good! Definitely a nice spot to just sit and hangout at for a minutewhile walking around Midtown. Read more

Pretty bad. I asked for a milkshake, was told ?They aren?t doing milkshakes right now.? I ordered my ice cream (tasted good) and... some chocolate peanut butter cup (nothing special, way overpriced). I asked for a cup of water, they offered to sell me one.Definitely a one and done visit for me. Read more
