This Cold Stone Creamery location 17304 Davenport St Ste B102 Omaha, NE 68118 was the worst that I have ever visited. This... location had the most dismissive, racist, miserable staff and unhygienic conditions that I have ever encountered. For startersmy son?s ice cream had a strain of hair in it which was absolutely disgusting. And the attitude of the staff was horrible. Theyappeared to have very racist attitudes as when serving my son and I the staff had an air of intolerance as if they hated thefact that they were forced to serve people of color they did not smile nor greet us and made every effort not to make eyecontact. When I tried to order one girl acted like she couldn?t understand what I was saying and made a rude comment that I waspronouncing my order request wrong. Her attitude was so hateful that it even shocked the customers and one of her co- workerswho commented ?did you really just say that to a customer?. I reported this to her supervisor immediately. I have traveledaround the world to many locations, and I have frequented Cold Stone Creamery in Africa and throughout America, and I have neverexperienced such racist and bad customer service. Cold Stone Creamery apparently needs to offer their staff at this locationmore training on proper customer service and cross checking their unconscious biases. Thus, again I would not recommend thislocation to anyone that appreciates good customer service from an inclusive minded staff in a hygienic environment. The staff atthis location clearly does not represent the greater mission of Cold Stone Creamery. DO NOT COME HERE. Read more

The customer service was very poor. I waited a long time to be asked what I would like, while two of the three workers was... FaceTiming and talking to friends. When I received my ice cream is was barely to the rim and melting since it was sitting outfor so long. While we sat and ate our ice cream the workers yelled back and forth to each other and the customers sitting in thestore. Not to mention the foul language.
