Biggest issue was the guy marked one of the meals wrong from chicken to steak, resulting in me getting charged an extra $2 for... something I didn't get. By the time we realized it, the line had grown significantly and I wasn't going to go back and wait for$2, but it was a pain either way knowing I was just paying for something I didn't pay for. They lost my online order, I told her okay I am fine waiting. After 10 minutes she said we're starting your order now - and I... need you to circle the block until we're finished . I asked for a supervisor the young lady said ugh you're getting on mynerves. The supervisor said I will check on your order never apologized - after 10 more minutes - which now close to 20 stillno food. Finally , the girl handed me my food and said here you go - no thank you or we're sorry nothing. I am contactingcorporate for their rude behavior. Read more

I order through the app and am always given the smallest portions. I do light rice and extra veggies but there are hardly any... toppings on the bowl itself. I was given literally four pieces of the new garlic steak (I counted the pieces) and I?m tired ofspending about $30-$40 on delivery for these pathetic portion sizes. It?s not even worth ordering from this location. It?s onlyever this location I have horrible experiences with in terms of quality and portion size. Read more

I mobile order from this location at least once a week if not more. I always order the same basic thing. Chicken burrito, LIGHT... rice, pinto beans and cheese. What I receive is mostly rice with a sprinkle of other ingredients. Don?t go here unless you onlywant rice. Read more

I've loved Chipotle since it's inception, so I've been around awhile. I took my kids and their friends to the location this... last Saturday. We got there late afternoon so it wasn't too busy inside. I went thru first to show the newbies how it'sdone. It was going great until the young man accidentally split the tortilla of my burrito all the way across. I was, like, "Nobiggie. Wrap it up as is, I'll take it." But then the boy's training kicked in. I tried to stop him several times, but he was ona mission. See, I don't like to waste food. His dumping my burrito into a bowl upset me, then he tired to throw the tortillaand quite a bit of rice that was still on the foil away. I finally just grabbed everything out of his hands. He just could notshake his training and LISTEN to me. I was trying to make his life easier and not hold up the line, but instead we muddled thewhole thing, and, I am embarrassed to say, I Karen'ed out a bit. My kids were apologizing for me and the staff was looking at melike I was nuts. I do not apologize for trying to save time, money, and food by not wanting to waste extra tortillas, bowls,and whatnot. But when I realized the kid was on autopilot, I should have backed off. All I did was confuse the hell out of him.So for that I definitely apologize. I will do my best to not get so uptight in the future, but it would also be great if y'allwould allow your workers to listen to the customer, too. It could save you time and money. Oh, the rice, both white and brown,were undercooked. We figured it was because y'all were likely quite busy over lunch. Still tasted good. Read more

We picked this up for lunch at the office and both our steak/chicken burritos were delicious, same with the carnitas... bowl! Friendly service and quick turnaround times. We'll be back again! Read more
