I had the worst experience going here today. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a grilled club... meal, and a kids meal. I had to come back into the store 3 times for my grilled club because they kept handing me the wrongsandwich. Considering it?s one of the most expensive sandwiches you can buy on their menu, you would think you get what you payfor. Order acurracy is not what it should be if the customer has to come back 3 times for the right food they pay for. Wouldn?trecommend going to this location. Read more
10/27/2022 Meet an Ebay seller, to pick up some items my wife bought, at the Costco parking lot. So for supper we dropped into... this Chick-fil-A which shares the parking lot with Costco. The cashier recognized us from the CFA on 76th and Dodge and we had anice little chat. Anyway we had a nice meal, the cashier was very nice, but we had some trouble finding a clean table. This USED to be my go-to place when we were in the area. No more. In the last week, we gave them 2 chances. The first night... there were 4 cars total ahead of us and we waited 32 minutes for food. Tonight it was over 40 and they failed to advertise theywere not serving chicken nuggets....which I was told trying to order them....after being in line for 20 minutes at that pointand no way to escape the long line. Then they forgot my straws. Sorry....won't be back to this location for awhile if ever.Watching your workers joke around and have fun is fine....u til you have waited for 45 minutes for your food and it is luke warmat best when given to you. I wish I had a couple photos to post. I NEVER see a short drive-thru line at this restaurant, but it was shorter than usual, so... we gave it a try. Parts of the drive through are covered, but there are also fans outside as well all along the drive throughmounted up high. It's hard to go wrong with a Chick-fil-A sandwich and nuggets, so thats what we did. Lemonade is the favoritekid drink here and we passed on any desserts this time around. Being as close as this location is to Costco, it can bechallenging to get in and out, and forget about doing it quickly because that's not going to happen (unless it's Sunday). Read more
