I took the time to visit their Blackstone location (midweek evening) this week and found the crew helpful, happy, and busy! The... grill was packed but they took our order & served our beverages while we waited. I got their new "Jerry-aki" dog - great choicefor me. ?Sauteed mushrooms, Onions, & green peppers ? House made TERIYAKI (should be Jerry-aki)! sauce ?Swiss cheese ? Sesameseeds All pleasingly placed in my perfectly toasted bun; those toppings held close inside the bun by the Swiss cheese and theright squeeze - yummy! I skipped their fries and sides, opting to walk off a few of the calories I thoroughly enjoyed. The food is great, BUT this place instantly cooks everything and lets your food sit idle getting soggy on a warmer. Also, you... will pay for dipping sauce, and be lucky to get it half the time you order it. I only recommend this place if you?re eatinginside. I used to eat here very often and I stopped doing it due to the errors in my food, and orders via takeout. Today will bethe last day I order here because it was literally the 6th time I paid for something and didn?t get it, and the same employeesmess things up every time. Everything was pretty good. Got the nation burger with onion rings. Burger was seasoned well and pretty much tasted like a large... big mac. Onion rings were fried great but a little to much pepper for my liking. Took a star for the price and peppery rings. Iunderstand they are pushing Angus burgers but close to 20 dollars a person if you order a burger, side and drink. Read more

Burgers were okay, but onion ring and fries were great! Only issues were the takeout fee added on after I was given the total... and no one let me know when my order was ready. It set under the warmer long enough for the grease in the fries to soak throughthe bag. The manager did take off the takeout fee when I questioned it. This is an excellent burger. The patties are cooked to be a little more crispy on the edges and more salty than other patties. ... I really enjoyed it and highly recommend. As mentioned in another review, it's not cheap, near $10 for a burger, but there arenot many burgers this good. Well worth it-treat yourself! Read more
