Best damn gas station around. Always been good to me and my coworkers even when we come by a dozen at a time. Kathy is... incredibly nice and makes the visit welcome. Bill make the best pizza this side of the platt and always makes sure his customersrequests are heard Read more

Been here a whopping ONCE when they?ve actually had the brisket pizza they always advertised, and it was a fluke. Have come back... multiple times in the last couple weeks to find they have none. Even stopped a little earlier today and they have old breakfastpizza sitting on the racks instead of lunch. You Regional Managers need to step up your game and get some accountability fromyour GM?s. Every time I go to a Casey?s looking for something other than breakfast pizza, it is non-existent. If I ran mybusiness this way my customers would WALK and I?d be out of a job. Read more

I tried the bbq brisket pizza at Casey's. It is good, but had too many jalapenos for me.

I go to a different Casey's (in Bellevue) daily, and I love it. It, and every employee there, are 5 stars, all day, every... day. This location though (13736 Q Street in Omaha) is a different story. I wouldn't say the service is usually bad here, butit is a bit lackluster on every occasion that I go in, which is about weekly. The person that checked me out today was justrude and unfriendly (receipt says Anuilagi, but who knows). I'll never return here unless I have no other choice. The fact thathis attitude was enough to convince me to stay away from this Casey's is saying something. I've grown accustomed to Casey'semployees being friendly, saying hi, saying thank you after ringing me up, and not being short with me and making me feel rushed(not that I'm taking my time, but I just felt like he hates being here and I was making his day worse by coming in). I'm sureother people have probably experienced this too. It's totally acceptable to hate your job... it's even acceptable to tell meabout it - I've worked in gas stations and can commiserate. Customer service isn't always easy. I get it. What's notacceptable is making me feel like I'm the reason you hate it. I'm friendly to a fault, so it makes me feel bad when someone I'minteracting with in a friendly manner is behaving in this way. Just really disappointing considering the fact that I choose tospend my money in Casey's over other gas stations SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE. Also the prices on the shelves should bethe same as the prices at the register. Tried to buy something today for $1.49, but rang up at $2.49. He said it just wasn'tupdated in the system. I said I wasn't buying it for that type of surprise price hike. That much for a Stroopwafel is INSANE! Read more

Absolutely trash. This old buckys location was the best, Casey's just hired the laziest people they could find. It seems like no... one's paid to clean the store Orr sidewalks. Whoever is in charge of Casey's now should be ashamed of how these stores are run. Read more

The line in this place was crazy. I've never seen the gas station so dysfunctional. They also put up so much shelving there was... barely any room to stand, it's impossible to social distance in here. it's not the employees fault. whatever has changed sincebucky's was bought by Casey's is the issue.
