The middle aged lady who works the kitchen in the daytime is one of the rudest , grumpiest and likely evil person to work in the... customer service field. Edit : I have emailed Casey?s customer service and it?s been almost a week and I have yet to have aresponse. Read more

By the looks of many of the previous reviews, there hasn't been any progress to improve things here. I ordered pizza tonight... and when I arrived to pick it up, the person there to make it informed me that he just refunded all of the orders and that hisshift ended 30 minutes ago. This doesn't seem to me like a staff issue but something on Management. The app needs a way thatinforms customers about these things, and if a kitchen has to close due to staffing issues, It should be able to be takenoffline. Or maybe divert the order to the next Casey's over, there are 2 other locations with I mile or so of this one. I knoweveryone is short on staff, but this was really not handled in a professional way. Also, the next Casey's over had my pizzaready within 20 minutes of this event. Read more

I'm not surprised to see all of the poor reviews about this location. I have had multiple bad experiences with the staff at this... Casey's. I have worked in customer service and retail/convenience store settings. I understand the frustrations and challengesof the job. This location, however, seems to have a culture problem in its work staff. They seem miserable and treat customerslike an inconvenience. This location gives the brand a bad name and I will go to another, more inconvenient for me, Casey's.Hopefully they get a new management team that can push a better customer experience. Worst experience at a "convenience" store! Apparently they have have 2 registers so in case one breaks down they can start up... the other one. I was the ninth person in line and waited while everyone in front of me looked frustrated while the new cashierwas being trained at 5:34 p.m. I finally was checked out and on my way at 6:02 p.m. UNACCEPTABLE! There was plenty of otherstaff who could have opened the other register but just smiled and said " Sorry for the wait folks" I normally stop severaltimes a day at other stores like Quik Trip or Kum and Go and there is never a line of more than 2-3 people and always 2registers open. I recently visited another location in my neighborhood that was not busy and had a conversation with the clerkwho told me it was the company policy that no matter how many people are in line the 1 register policy is the recommendedprocedure. Wow! Unbelievable..... I'll look for a Quik Trip coming soon to my neighborhood. For a company looking toexpand.... they sure have a bad policy in place Read more

This is by far the worst Casey's I have ever been to. There is never any food in the warmers. We have ordered pizza from here 3... times and each time our pizza order was wrong and we had to wait over the quoted time. Ordering a sub is a joke since you'llwait 30 minutes to get one. Definitely does not live up to the standards of the Caseys in Iowa that I am used to. We have eventried to contact management and no response. Its worth driving to another location or chain for better service. Read more

This is the single worst Casey?s I have ever been to. Every single time I place a pizza order here I wait at least 20min or... longer inside because my order isn?t ready at the time the two said it would be. The kitchen always seems to be severelyunderstaffed with the associates cursing and throwing stuff around (clearly overworked). The only reason we ever come to thislocation is because it?s close to the house, we will not be back. This location is ruining Casey?s reputationsinglehandedly!!!!! Read more
