Dirty, lines inside are always super slow, doesn't seem like any professional management, and yesterday you had an employee... yelling back at a customer. The pizza is about the only thing that isn't flawed to some degree at this location. There is never enough staff. It seems to... take longer to check out than most gas stations. The trash needs to be taken out and general cleanup around the store. Read more
Have issues sometimes with 1 machine at some stores and at some other stores all of the registers refuse to read my card. My... regular Casey's used to be a Buckys and read my card fine all up until the switch. Stopping at Casey's locations I usuallydon't go to can turn out to be a big let down not being able to use my card to pay. I don't know if anyone else has experiencedthis. The employee was apologetic and felt bad. I ended up having to pay with cash. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas on the app set for curbside pickup was told to pickup at 6:14pm. I arrive at 6:12 use the app like instructed... to give my vehicle make and color. I wait 30 minutes and nothing. I go inside and ask they tell me they don't have an order forme, but can have it ready in 7-14 minutes. I wait 15 minutes. By now it has been an hour since I placed my order! So I go to thefront counter and ask for my money back and to cancel the order. The lady behind the counter goes and yells at the pizza sectionand tells them it's terrible that they don't have my order when she took it to them herself and I have stood there and watched 8pizzas go out the door! She gave me a copy of my receipt, a coupon for a pizza and a cheesy bread and said her manager wouldrefund my money the next day. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND THE COUPONS EXPIRED 2 DAYS LATER!! PLUS I CALLED BACK TO ASKABOUT MY REFUND AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS GETTING IT DONE AND IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN 2 DAYS! UPDATE 10-22: 30 minutes late and order was wrong?Line of angry customers, one walking out mad. It appears that no improvements... have been made over the last two years. It is really unfortunate for the employees who have to deal day in and day out withcustomer complaints, delayed orders, insufficient workflows, and training that is obviously not proving to be impactful to thecustomer service experience. I really sympathize with these employees. I wish Casey?s would step up and do something. Althoughissues are consistently present at this location, it is a system wide issue with customer service. No locations are exempt fromthe lack of quality issues. ?????.. Id like to start seeing some responses by management as to why this location?s pizza kitchenis struggling so much. It is evident that the quality issues are not isolated incidents. Unfortunately, this is giving theCasey?s pizza I love an awful reputation in SW Omaha.
