This is the closest Burger King to my place and I come there almost 3-4 times a week to get there jr breakfast burritos and an... iced coffee. This is now DAY 3 in a row that they have put sausage instead of bacon. I am allergic to sausage. If I eat it Iwill get sick. 3 days in a row- this morning I asked for a sausage biscuit and got a double bacon cheeseburger. Not even closeto the same thing. Super frustrating. Read more
Whoever is in charge of this store needs to know that tonight whoever was the manager closed the store right at 10:00 a little... bit before 10:00 whatever the case may be she thought the store was closed at 10:00 but to the best of my knowledge and severalother customers knowledge including door delivery food apps the restaurant is open until midnight. The problem is that theverbiage on the building says open until midnight and the manager maintained they were open until 10:00 however did nottroubleshoot or even have an effort to escalate to higher management to double check. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. My food was luke warm by the time I got it. My spicy chicken sandwich is wasn't the spicy... version. And I had to pay for my BBQ sauces.... Its right next to my house and I use to go to BK to avoid McDonald's due to themalways messing up my order. Now I can't go to either. Went through the drive-thru to get my sister some food. They forgot my drink. Usually wouldn't be bad id just go in and get one.... Wait in line behind 2 people. Lady at the front helps them then leaves for the night. The lady who was at the drive-thruignored me and talked with her mom who had already ordered and got her food. I waited for about 10 minutes as she ignored me andone of the guys in the back came and asked me if I had been helped yet and he got my my sprite.
