I ordered dinner for my family bout 3 weeks ago. I sat in the drive thru a bit thinking I was getting fresh hot food.I was only... person in drive thru.I was disgusted at what I found when I got home. Its obvious everything was thrown in the microwave to heatit up and not in the fryer. My wife's sandwich was still cold in the middle. I ordered a Chi'king. I bit into a luke warmsandwich that was basically battered piece of leather.I tried to cut it and the knife wouldn't cut thru it so I threw it away. Ireached out to corporate office that night and I was advised I would receive a call from the store manager in 7 to 10 days as Iwanted a refund. I never got the call so I reached out to Corporate office again and I was assured I would get a call from storemanagement..Yet here I have waited bout same timeframe and not one call.Its obvious the store manager nor the franchise ownercare about their customers especially the ones who have experienced a subpar service.DONT STOP at this burger king if you want ahot fresh meal .I would rather spend more at the competition across the street that I know that I will have a better experienceall around . The only decent burger King in Omaha. Most of them you can barely get someone to take your order, but this one they upsell you... cookies! And they get your food out quickly and it's actually warm. The daytime manager is a wonderful woman. So pleasant! Read more

I ordered a Stacker King combo and got a plain Double Whopper instead. I went through support, who told me that the store would... contact me about a refund. No communication happened since. I contacted corporate again, and they gave me a $15 coupon for mytrouble. Best not bother, management at this store seems to not really care about following up on a complaint. Read more
Manager here is overworked and I'm sure underpaid for what she deals with. Not her fault the only ones showing up for work dont... really wanna work. Cut her some slack, I get a decent meal under 10$ once a week and order is ALWAYS right. Much appreciated!! Read more
The last 2 time's there have been issues. Last time the Hispanic girl at the register didn't want to get off her phone and go to... the register. Today same girl on the phone slowly came to the counter then when I took my burger back up and told her it waswrong. She argued with me that she gave me what I ordered. I ordered a single whopper with cheese and bacon. I got a doublewhopper and no bacon. I won't go back to this location! Read more
Burger King needs to go ahead and close EVERY JOINT WITH THE NAME BURGER KING ON IT!!! The quality of food is ridiculously low!... And the people that I've run across taking the order don't listen and mess up my order! On top of that, the food is barely warm.I ordered a Whopper and they gave me a DISGUSTING IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER! The manager of this CLEARLY understaffed BK, kept her cool in a very busy situation. Literally her and the cook were the only... two there. Full drive through line and people inside. I, myself, could NOT have been so calm and collected like she was in thissituation! Kudos to her. She definitely needs to be paid more!! Read more
