Almost felt like forever to take n get our order. They were extremely slow in drive-thru, as well.
Food was hot and fresh. I really enjoy the mystery Fanta flavor. We used a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwichs with fries.

So I decided to try the big king 2 for $5 since I couldn't remember how it was before and my experience was a disaster. So I... pulled up to the drive thru and there was 3 cars ahead of me which was no problem so I thought. I ordered my food and was inline for over twenty minutes. When I finally got to the window I received my food fast which I was happy about until I checkedthe temperature of my food. I wish I could say it was hot but it was not so I had to do everything I could to get the ladiesattention. To my surprise when I asked after waiting so long why would my food not be hot and she replied that does not make anysense. I reached in my bag and grabbed one of my sandwiches and attempted to hand it to her and her response was I'm nottouching your food. So I asked once again about why food was not hot and she stated they can make me another two sandwiches so Isaid ok. After a quick stare contest I asked again and she stated I said we can make your sandwiches again but you have to pullto the front so I said ok and pulled to the front. After waiting almost ten more minutes I went in the store and asked her whatwas taking so long. Her response was you never said you were waiting so I said can I get a refund and she gave me my money back.The sad part is I never got a apology and when I gave her the bag of not hot sandwiches instead of offering them for theinconvenience she took the bag and through it away. Needless to say I wasted almost forty minutes for nothing and one thing youcan't buy is time and I found myself wasting life on this terrible experience. Sorry to say but Burger King will never see mymoney again and I hardly ever eat BK. To Burger King management you need to look at your stores customer service and do better. Read more
Food is good people are friendly enough parking space and a drive-thru is fast very spot in Omaha
