This takes the cake for the WORST Burger King location I've ever (tried to) visit. I just moved to this neighborhood a couple... months ago and have attempted to order through the drive through at least once per week since. Each time they have either beenrandomly closed before 6 p.m., something is wrong with their registers, or they are just out of everything. Just close thislocation if they won't serve anyone. I wouldn't go as far as a Google review had they answered the phone after the 4th time. They weren't that busy at the time I... went in at 1pm all I want is my money back for 2 8 pc mozzarella sticks that weren't close to being edible. Waited 15 minutesand couldn't get fresh mozzarella stick. Now I'm leaving for work and will more than likely screwed out of my refund cause notonly can they not answer their phone but they can't hand out a receite either. Read more

I have been to this Burger King 3 times in this one week and every time I get there I get the gentleman telling me that their... system has crashed and they're currently not able to take orders for about 5 minutes, so I wonder is it the same guy thatssitting outside in his car smoking the cigarette with his head set on that just doesn't want to go inside and take an order andmake food because it's not convenient for you? Just close this Burger King down so people don't waste their time stopping thereto be told the system has crashed, but really you don't want to give any service. I live up the street, & used to go here often. Over the past years this place has become very terrible. They cant make a warm... burger, much less a hot sandwich or fries to make me spend more money at this location. Please tell the employees & managerthey are doing a good job ???? Read more
The manager at 11325 W Dodge Rd just hung up on me when I followed up with a call regarding a BUG that was wrapped up with my... hamburger today. I called shortly after I went through the drive through, and found the bug, and he told me that he wasn?t ableto refund my credit card at that moment, but that he would ?talk to his boss? and get it refunded. I asked him to leave me avoicemail when it had been refunded. That call didn?t come. When I just called now, 5 hours later, he yelled at me that ?heneeded proof or somethin? and that I needed to drive the ?burger with the bug? back to their store. When I repeated what heasked me to do, and was shocked, he straight hung up on me. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card. Fair warning toanyone that goes to that location, it?s nasty and their manager is rude! Read more
I don't visit this establishment very often, but for some reason decided to stop in the drive through on June 30th at 1:15pm. I... was stuck in line for 15 min with no movement. Multiple cars left which I followed. Went across the street to McD's and theywere moving 2 lanes quickly. Will never stop at BK again. Fast Food I think not! Read more
Pulled up today and was told they aren?t taking orders because they were working on a catering order. If you are fulfilling a... catering order you still should have people to service walkin customers, but judging by the other reviews, more than likely justunwilling to do anything and lying about what is going on.
