There was one two employees AND their speaker was broken and they still went above and beyond customer service. I don?t know the... managers name but she was literally the nicest person I?ve met lately and I?m sure she was having a bad morning. She took ourorder, helped cook it, and walked it out to the car and also apologized even though all of this is out of her control. How are you gonna have two humans in the entire building, and one of them sits for 5 minutes by the drive-thru window playing on... his phone? Dude avoided eye contact with me. My loud truck doesn't idle quietly. He knew I was there. How badly do you treatthis guy that he can't even say "we're not open yet" (you were open), or "Hey other worker you got a customer." Ordered a whopper with cheese meal, NO Ketchup or mayonnaise. Heavy onions. Order was completely WRONG. I got extra ketchup,... mayonnaise, no onions!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Waited 2 minutes in the drive thru for someone to answer. Also coke tasted bitter. Myrecommendation is to send a health inspector and have the owner visit his franchise. Read more
