Asked for a chicken Jr sandwich was told its not ordered very much we would have to cook it so it would be a six minute wait.... Normally I would wait but was in more of a rush so said no it's fine changed some cheeseburgers instead. Proceed to wait 12-13minutes in line after ordering at that point I was already annoyed (only two cars in front of me) if it was gunna be a bit whyeven say anything about a 6 minute wait or just inform me that it should be done by the time we get to the window anyways butwhatever fine. Than I leave down the road for my burgers to just be cold buns warm but almost no warmth to the actual meat atthat point I decided to leave a review this was totally unacceptable. Read more
I would give this NEGATIVE star if I could. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the ENTIRE floor by counter was sticky. As we... ordered and walked to choose a table to sit, the floor was STICKY in so many places. They got our order wrong so we asked themto make it right. They gave us the right meal second time. I noticed the employee would walk around the counter to the mainroom and chat with their friends or family. One of them (I hope an employee) had a baby and walked behind the counter into therefrigerator (see pic of open door. I didn't want to capture their faces) So unhealthy. The tables(we had to bypass threebecause they had WEBS and were so dirty) are not in good shape. Tears all over the benches. The TV was not oneither. Probably will never come back here, there are other better places within a block of this place. I also would ratherdrive another 5 minutes away to a different BK than go to this one here. Stay away. As of now, the reviews aren't good. Thereis a reason. (I'm sure I could find more issues but I just wanted to eat and get out of that place asap) Read more
Avoid it. Took more than 10 minutes to get my order. Only one cook and the same gloves that he used to cook, he used to start... sweeping and then continued cooking the fries with the same gloves. Read more
Would give no stars if possible. Have gone here a couple times over several years hoping things may have changed or gotten... better. Nope, service and long waits will always be a problem. This time went at 5:30 on a Tuesday evening 6/21/2022. Fries werenot even cooked at all or they were so old they were bone cold nasty. That was the last and final attempt from me to visit thatburger king in decline. Read more
I waited in the driveway thru for ten minutes before the vehicle ahead of me was able to place an order. After I placed my... order I waited another ten minutes after paying to be told to they were waiting on meat. After a nother ten minutes waitingaround front they brought out my order and it was wrong. I ordered onions rings and got fries. The service socks. The onlygood thing I can say is the fries were hot. While the place gets orders wrong semi-often, it wasn't off enough for me to complain (ie. No extra onion, didn't have the... lettuce I asked for, small things.) Often only had one thing wrong when they do. The service is usually nice to us, butsometimes it seems like they want to non-verbally hurry us along. Read more
