I pull up in the drive-thru at 4 PM on a Friday and someone who sounds like they literally had just woken up when I pulled up... takes my order. I ordered a cheeseburger, french fries, and 9pc chicken fries with barbecue sauce. Got home and realized Ididn?t get the barbecue sauce and my french fries were not even lukewarm. I live in the area so I go back and the two guys thathandled my order at the window are both hanging out in the parking lot. One of them literally walks up to my car and asks whatwas wrong. I told him I didn?t get barbecue sauce with my 9pc and also would like fresher fries. He goes inside, and then handsme a bag with the bbq sauce but fries that tasted exactly like the last batch they gave me. This type of customer service hasbeen present at this location for at least the past 3 years that I?ve lived in the neighborhood. I try to give them the benefitof the doubt or sometimes I?ll outright just go to a further out location. This location is a dumpster fire and cannot behelped. I am done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and I hope others follow suit because they do not care and theyneed to just close! I'm here at 8A on a Sunday morning, the doors say that the Dining Room opens at 7A on Sunday and absolutely NO ONE is here. The... doors are locked, no cars in the lot, no signage on the doors that indicate why they are obviously closed. Very bad forbusiness! What in the world has happened to Burger King? Read more
Lobby says open day between 6am to 10pm. Ohhhh how this is untrue. Why advertise this and not have it open? Went to the door... to go inside and the door was locked but there was a inch of kids running around the lobby. So daycare for your kids but not forcustomers to come in? Thanks Burger King Read more
Showed up at the drive thru 25 minutes before closing. No one answered at the drive thru speaker, so I said hello? A man... answered saying we're closed. I have worked in fast food before and we didn't close early or stop service early so t can leaveat closing time. You do your closing duties at closing time, what happened to burger King? I stopped in about 4:00 on a Friday. I have never been to this location before and I won?t go back. I ordered the whopper melt,... onion rings, and a shake. Their shake machine was down. I then ordered a Hershey pie. They were out (I?m amazed they had theburger and onion rings). I sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes. I would think that would mean they were takingtheir time with my whopper melt, because, you know, the bread is usually toasted on a melt. Not so this one! I probably willnever go back. Yesterday my husband went to this location for breakfast. The person handed him the food and my husband asked for the card back... and the guy at the window said the card didn't work. I looked at the bank and it did go through but my husband gave the foodback and came home already. I called and talked to a manger and he said he would put the money back on the card but that neverhappened. I called today and the phone would ring then someone picked up and hung up 3 times. I finally talked to someone whosaid she was the manager but since it didn't happen on her shift she couldn't do anything. I said something about the phoneissue she said "we do not answer the phone" then hung up on me. I called back because I wanted her name she told me she did nothave to give that information to me and hung up again. I called back again and asked for her managers name and number she toldme I can look that up and hung up. I called from a different number and got her name Anganetta if that is her real name. She isvery rude and does not need to be a manager. Read more
