I have come here 2x and both times they take 20 minutes to make one combo order. You know sandwich drink and fries, if these... guys were moving any slower they would be going backwards. All burger kings in the Omaha area seem to be going down hill quickly over the last few years but this location is one of the... worst. Food is rarely any warmer than room temperature, buns are super dry and fall apart to the touch. Had to take back my five stars . They had no sign up saying closed. And when I called they said it was on the website that it... was close. So I check and it didn't now say. The food was cold and the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. When getting ready to leave the door was locked. Had to... go out the emergency door and walk through the grass. This is by far the cleanest Burger King in the city of Omaha. The cashier was very pleasant and you could tell that she wanted... to be there. The food was hot, fresh and made correctly. Read more
This location constantly closes the dining room 6 hours early! Today we went through the drive thru, because the dining room was... closed(at 3 pm), and waited forever just for someone to talk through the speaker....nobody ever did so we just drove to thewindow(I had already done an online order and paid for it so I couldn't leave) and waited for 30 minutes for the 2 cars in frontof us to get served. My husband was cleaning the steering wheel and it accidentally honked. The guy in the window stuck his headout and decided to get nasty....it was an accident and I tried to tell him that. Besides the STRONG pot smell coming from thatwindow, it was a horrible experience there and needless to say, won't be going back to that location! Read more
