trash location. Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to greet us. Were then told to wait 20 minutes for a table even though half... the restaurant was empty. After 20 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes. We ended up leaving as we were lied to.Terrible customer service at this location. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Food is never ready for pickup. All the time. 30 minutes late and one driver had to wait over an hour for a simple order. ... Update to be fair the one star was for the lateness of the orders however I did try some of their foods on many occasions and Igive the food 5 ????? To be fair I went back a few times after a break. 4 more times and it was a totally different experience.Everything on time. Excellent service. Their tables were mostly filled with people and their foods and workers seemed relaxed. Iput Buffalo Wild Wings on top as best places to eat and pick up. 5 ? for food and service!!!! Read more

This isn't the first time I have gone to this location for take-out and they forgot put something in the bag. I usually get... extra vegetable , well they forgot that. I didn't get extra ranch and didn't even get extra hot sauce. I asked early for myorder and the person helping me had a mood about it. Read more

I arrived to pickup my carryout order at the time I was informed it would be ready and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes... longer. By the time I received my order I had to rush out without being able to check it as it was so late and I had peoplewaiting for me. When I got home, less than 5 minutes away from this location not only was everything cold as if it had beensitting out on a counter for those extra 15 minutes I waited for it, but I didn't receive my order of potato wedges or my orderof tots. If I could give this zero stars I would. Super disappointed and upset that I don't have time to get a refund for mymissing items. Read more

We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. We had to wait for a table even though there were over half of them clean and... the hostess wanted to clean one from us, then the waitress didn't have correct menus, wasn't sure what kid's meals were. Adultshave been sitting for over 15 minutes with no drinks that were ordered or water. Only thing correct thus far is that the kidsgot a beverage. We spent 42 dollars on Door Dash delivery and I did not receive my fries with my burger. They did not put bacon on it and did... not leave off the hot peppers from the burger that had all been specified on my online order. I waited for over an hour for awrap, burger and fries on a Thursday night at 1015?!?! Not happy at all with this delivery or the Dodge St. location. Will notbe using Door Dash for Buffalo Wild Wings, or going to the Dodge St. location ever. Ridiculous. Read more

The first time I was craving some wings. So my family and I stopped by Saturday, it was full of people so we decided to order... online. After I ordered online, it said there would be a 2 and a half hour wait for my food..I understood because there was alot of people. I chose to go inside and cancel it because I wasn?t going to wait 2 and a half hours for my food, we were veryhungry to wait for that long. The manager said he would take care of it and refund me my money back. After a week, it turns outthey still hadn?t refunded me, so I went back to claim my money and also purchase some food. The person in the front, she wasvery nice. The problem was the manager who didn?t even apologize and gave me an attitude when I politely asked why I hadn?treceived my refund. Was it too difficult for him to give me an apology and move on instead of giving me an attitude anddemanding me to give him my exact amount and card info. Even though, he gave me an attitude, I gave him a second chance andordered some more food. The food was atrocious. There were feathers in my wings. The pictures below prove my point. I wouldlike my refund back for the second purchase. This has never happened to me before. Go to Bellevue or Council Bluffs for betterfood and service!!! Read more

Horrible presentation and disgusting quality. Ordered 15 wings and they arrived with little to no seasoning/sauce, some pieces... were over cooked and burnt, and dried out carrots. I called to let the manager, Tristen know about the quality. GO TO TRACKS ORRAYS WINGS, they would never do me like this, especially for the price that I paid for delivery. They have better quality andnever slack on the dry rub and sauce on their wings, I will not order from here in the future. Read more
