Food is never ready for pickup. All the time. 30 minutes late and one driver had to wait over an hour for a simple order. ... Update to be fair the one star was for the lateness of the orders however I did try some of their foods on many occasions and Igive the food 5 ????? To be fair I went back a few times after a break. 4 more times and it was a totally different experience.Everything on time. Excellent service. This isn't the first time I have gone to this location for take-out and they forgot put something in the bag. I usually get... extra vegetable , well they forgot that. I arrived to pickup my carryout order at the time I was informed it would be ready and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes... longer. By the time I received my order I had to rush out without being able to check it as it was so late and I had peoplewaiting for me. When I got home, less than 5 minutes away from this location not only was everything cold as if it had beensitting out on a counter for those extra 15 minutes I waited for it, but I didn't receive my order of potato wedges or my orderof tots. We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. We had to wait for a table even though there were over half of them clean and... the hostess wanted to clean one from us, then the waitress didn't have correct menus, wasn't sure what kid's meals were. Adultshave been sitting for over 15 minutes with no drinks that were ordered or water. Only thing correct thus far is that the kidsgot a beverage.
