Attitude issue from the start. Rolling his Eyes ???? that I?m there. Made me the wrong Sandwich. Affected the attitudes of... his coworkers & customers. Talked Sh!t under his Breath for the entirety. Walked out while Customers where there, then walkedin a few minutes later after his ?Well Deserved? Break. I?ll Never Come to Another Bruegger?s Ever. Customer Service here isthe Worst. Pretty good bagels and cream cheese but anything else it?s a toss up if it will be warm or stone cold. Staff all seems like they... wanna jump off a bridge no enthusiasm or positivity. Won?t repeat your order back to you and then they?ll get it wrong. Could bea great if the service was better. Seems to be this location. Read more
Arrived at 7am, it really wasn't busy. But what was readily apparent was the afternoon crew had not bothered to clean the café... area at all. There wasn't a clean table in the place and no telling when was the last time the windows were cleaned. This is amanagement problem. It was obvious that no one cared about such details. I love these bagels but this morning I went in to pick up my pick up order and instead of being greeted or asked what they could... help me with, the two workers standing there continued on with their conversation. The other worker down at the other end of thecounter saw this and came down and helped me. She was very nice and said thank you and have a nice day. When I was leaving, theother two that were having said conversation just stated at me. Also didn't get any napkins nor was my bagels toasted like Iasked for. The Bruegger's at 120th and Center is much closer to my home, but I always come to this location instead. They actually seem to... know what they're doing here, service is quick, and ordering via the app is actually enabled at this location. Bagels aregreat, and we always get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich! Great breakfast. Read more
Food is really good, but their staff was a disaster. The woman who took our order had an attitude like we were personally trying... to offend her by ordering, and messed up part of the order into the bargain, and the woman who rang us up seemed to know lessabout the menu than we did, and we've never been there before. I called ahead for two dozen everything bagels. I usually go to Bruegger?s on Center. Anyway, the bagels were under baked, had... very little seasoning on them, and were very misshapen. Ugly, white bagels. We rarely catch Bruegger?s during its hours sincethey close at 2:00, and now I?m really disappointed. Boo. Read more
Everytime I come in here the woman with long brown hair and a lip piercing is so rude even tho I'm super nice to her when I come... in. She hates people looking at her preparing the bagel and she shows the most disdain to the other customers and its only 6ammind you. I spoke with her coworker and she came up with an excuse that they have to.work and that's why she's upset. Like Idon't want to come here if they're going to treat everyone poorly and mess up orders.
