Food is good and made fresh, no complaints there. However they are impossible to get ahold of. I have submit an online form,... called several times (Option 3 to speak with rep goes to busy signal, option 1 provides a catering email that comes back asundeliverable, and option 2 is for ordering which sends to the website. I need a receipt from my order because it was for ourcompany, but it's not available on the app, on the website in the account history, or through call or email. This might be unfair to rate just this location for this because I don?t know if this is now happening at the other locations... but I will likely not go back if your drive thru employees are being required to verbally ask for a tip. That is awkward andunnecessary as they are not providing any extra service that would warrant a tip. If someone goes above and beyond, I will tipon my own but I do not like being outright asked to tip for the sandwich I just ordered at a drive thru. They even told me I had3 different tipping amounts I could choose to tip and were very expectant as they held my card in the card reader waiting for myanswer so they could type it in. So awkward and gross. Don?t put customers in the drive thru in that situation. Read more

Took a little bit to get our bagels, but if you're not in a major rush great spot. My wife and I were passing through from NY on... our way to LA and stopped in. Not quite the same as a NY bagel, but pretty darn close (and we have high standards)! Read more

I have come to this location several times and in all of my last 4 times ordering it has been wrong. I?m not usually one to... complain but when simple requests like ?normal eggs instead of egg whites? can?t be followed and I?m completely missing not onlythe eggs but other ingredients, I feel something has to be said. DO NOT GIVE this place your business!!!! Not nice -at all - extremely poor customer service. I asked for something so simple. I... ordered five breakfast sandwiches for a meeting and asked for them cut in half and wrapped. (Instead of backing the store upwith 10 - and I walked in instead of backing up the drive thru). The lady at that cash register could not comprehend the ask andnever said anything like thank you or have a good day - just like I was an issue. She put an ?ask me? and when I said can youplease cut in half he rolled his eyes and huffed. Then while waiting he made a point to loudly say to another coworker ?i needhelp! I have to wrap these all separately!!!? Also there was not one customer in the lobby. I was curious coming in. The girlbasically threw the bag at me - no thank you no have a good day. horrible. I feel like I asked for the world and was aninconvenience to their day. What a toxic horrible work environment. By the way there I do come in town and frequent grabbreakfast for training meetings . I noticed there is another bagel shop within about 5 minutes. Okay food but customer serviceis a big deal and I will not be stopping in again - you should also choose somewhere who appreciates your business. Read more

The food is good, but why can I not order ahead on your app? Every time I try, for months, it tells me you had to "temporarily... disable order-ahead at this location". Why have an app if I can't use it? Wouldn't having advance notice of my order make thingseasier for you? Update - Not sure why the generic response seems to indicate a problem on my end. The app specifically tells meyou purposely disabled order-ahead. So why have an app? I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks. Read more

48 minutes in line to place my order. The front doors are locked so you have to wait in the drive thru no matter what. This is... very disappointing as service like this will only cause this restaurant to close. Only 3 people working on a Mother's Day,interesting scheduling. I called, emailed and filled out a customer feedback form, yet no reply. Why is it that you reply todissatisfied customer saying contact you for more details when you should read the reviews and correct the problem? I am notsure how much more I can add, the pictures show you the facts. Read more
