Absolutely terrible experience!! The waitress gave us the worst service! She was rude and unattentive. Our 2 year old child was... served last, including the drink! I was so furious with the experience, that by the time we got the food, we asked for boxes,which took three times asking and another 20 minutes! We took our food home to eat it and had black crunchy rock like materialsin the pizza! It resembles something like charcoal or maybe melted plastic. We will never eat here again and will be pursuinglegal measures! Shame on this restaurant! Read more
I ordered the Goodie Roonie Pizza but all the meat was in the center instead of dispersed throughout the pizza. Very bad... experience. To add, there is little to no sauce and a black hair has been found in the pizza (we all have blonde hair). Read more
I hadn't been since I was a kid and wasn't a fan then, but a friend wanted to go, so I figured I'd give it another shot. Bad... idea. Worst margarita I've ever had. Literally only took 4 sips and tossed the rest because it tasted like chemicals. The onionrings were coated in an almost pancake like batter. When we asked for ranch, we were brought one tiny take out container for 3people to share. Pizza was made wrong and had to wait for a remake. Long waits for all food and drink. Staff was busy all night,not their fault the food and drinks are awful. I'll never go back. Read more
One of the Omaha original Pizza joints. Big Fred's quality is the same today as it was 20 or more years ago. You will always get... exactly what you expect at Big Fred's a hot fresh cheesy pizza. Definitely has changed over the years the staff was not into here job or and did not care what we were ordering. Added a whole... pizza to our order that we did not order and completely left out our 9 year Olds meal. We ordered waters to drink she grabbed awater that was sitting on a table that had just left ABSOLUTELY will NEVER be back here again. We used to frequent this placemany years ago not anymore. What an amazing landmark! So what I?ve been told this place has been around a very long time. They do have a large area so if... you have a lot in your party they have room. Pizza was amazing! In fact I liked it better than some other older pizza places inthe area. The reason I marked it down was the Bloody Mary that I got was terrible ????. No olives & NOT enough tomato stuff lol.I do feel that it could be cleaned up more, for example the fork that was laying in the walkway & many tables were dirty. WouldI recommend?? An Omaha institution! I haven't found a thing on the menu that I don't like, from the pizzas to the burgers (highly recommended)... to the catfish bites to the chicken tenders, I love it all! Even the salads are top-notch, thanks to their excellent Italiandressing. Senior staff can rectify any issue you might have, I can't say enough nice things about this place! Do not leavewithout trying the onion rings, they're the best I've ever had. Read more
