Shoutout to you ALEX!!! :) I understand how frustrating it can be working in the service industry. I truly appreciate and... applaud Ms.Alex for her charisma and drive, Each visit I have came well she was working, which I don?t go often, my service wastremendous. Recently on my last one she truly was courageous. I understand that there was a gentleman that was working which heseemed truly slow and just wasn?t comprehending the common sense task of simply helping a customer. The young lady Alex finishedher task and well she was finishing her task the gentleman just wasn?t listening to the young lady explain that there arecustomers, she then proceeded to help me after she was finished, as there was a line that grew, he then decided to come and askif I been helped as he had seen her grabbing my pretzel, he then went to the side and proceeded to the eat him a snack well thenice young lady held her composure and helped me and the customers behind me! Arrived at 1219 right after they served two security guards and told we needed to wait five minutes as they needed to restock... their restock their case, except the car was fully stocked. Went ad. Sat down and after five minutes went back into line andthey were now telling people there weren?t open yet (90 minutes after their opening time). Ended up getting cold food close to15 minutes after we originally arrived and their were four employees in the establishment at the time Read more
My sweet almond pretzels have been bitter and crunchy in my recent visits. On 9/08/22 around 6:09pm CST, I saw an employee lick... her fingers after eating something, play in her hair, and then proceed to touch equipment. No ma?am. No ma?am. Read more
I got a cup of the pretzel nuggets. They had such a horrible after taste I couldn?t eat them. They tasted like soap. There also... was no salt on them and they were crammed into the cup so they got mushy. Read more
Two employees said they were ?closed? for 15 minutes due to have no employees (except there was two) and to come back, i waiting... a little while and of course they waited on someone shortly after. My daughter loves these pretzels and so we came back andthere was a line- then they told me they couldn?t make anything that wasn?t in the heater. Slow service even though there were 5 people behind the counter. Was told they could not make cinnamon bites because they didn?t... have any bites available. The pretzel dog bites were burnt and the frozen lemonade wasn?t frozen at all. They were busy, butwith lots of people behind the counter doing nothing, there was no excuse for taking 10 minutes to get some pretzel bites to us. Read more
The manager sold me two burnt pretzels. I found out when I got in my car and went back to just get a replacement of the clearly... bad food. Instead she started to lie about the pretzel been bought 3 hours ago. And even that, what does that have to do withburnt pretzels? All her employees there were stunt but couldn't say anything. I have show the employee the time stamp of thetransaction. Her red face turned even redder but that didn't help anything. Hello I came in to order hotdog pretzels, I was told that I would have to wait 25 minutes I waited 25 minutes came back up to... two young ladies that was supposed to cook the pretzels looked at me and said oh we never cooked it their names was Halana andDiana In the disturbing part was while I was sitting waiting the young lady Diana was looking dead at me making pretzels butnever made mine this was very rude and unprofessional.
