Ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwiches. One without lettuce and tomato, one regular. I got one sandwich with only chicken and... sauce and the second with chicken, sauce, lettuce, and tomato. How do you forget the bacon and swiss from the Chicken Bacon andSwiss??? Absurd. Ordered 2 gyros, rb sandwich, curly fry and mozzarella sticks. $27 total. Long wait for drive theu without many vehicles. I... am fine up u til this point, I understand many places are understaffed and there could be a wait. Got home and saw no mozzarellasticks. Went back and explained i was missing the sticks to the lady at the front. She didnt apologize or anything, just wentback to cook more sticks. She didnt come back until they were ready. Went back home and realized they also forgot the largecurly fry. Went back and asked for a refund as my other food was already cold and i didnt want to wait for fries. I realizedthe first lady i spoke with was a manager, very unsettling that they couldnt offer even an apology. Read more
Chicken salad was horrible! Nothing but mayonnaise with a couple chunks of chicken, with lots of lettuce, no nuts or... grapes.curly fries were a ball of grease, threw it all out! Never again, don't waste your hard earned money on this. This is NOT a healthier choice! Read more
Absolutely Great customer Service today probably the best I've had at any of the locations around omaha. Tried the pecan chicken... salad sandwich. The sandwich was a little bland but love the healthier option on the menu! The cashier and manager both verypolite and provide top notch customer service! Read more
The Mac n cheese was basically cheese soup, there were hardly any noodles. We asked for curly fries and they must have given us... the bottom of the bag with crispy pieces, there were two or three curls and a bunch of scraps. It was 8 pm but that is why weended up at an Arby's instead of a sit down restaurant. I was really disappointed. Read more
