My husband and I ate dinner on Veterans Day. Very busy but was seated within 15 min. Our waiter was efficient and kind. The food... was great and came in a timely manner. The whole experience was worth 5 stars. I also loved the missing man display table in thefront.Thank you Applebee's. Read more
Went in for lunch today at 132 & Maple. Waited over 5 min having 3 different servers and who we assumed was the manager look... over at us but did not acknowledge us in anyway. They were NOT busy. Thought about picking up a menu and seating ourselvesbut decided to just walk out instead. Would not recommend. Read more
We were informed there would be a 20 minute wait to be seated. After 45 minutes we were still waiting. We were not allowed to... sit at the bar, however they did have a person wiping off the bar where there were no people sitting, 2 people sweeping thefloor, one person standing around twirling keys and a manager who did nothing except say he only had 1 waitress. There wereonly 4 tables with people seated. Maybe the manager or other people could have stepped up and done more to actually serve thecustomers. Really nice place to have lunch or dinner with friends. The atmosphere was very calm during lunch and the food was well made.... The server was above and beyond our expectations . We really enjoyed our time and will definitely go back. Read more
People behind us complained about anything and everything while it was completely packed bur I do not blame this location for... it. On the other hand the waiter we had did not do a good job I sat without a drink for roughly 15 minutes as my date ended upnever getting a refill in total. By the time we left she sat without a drink for 40 minutes, 17 or so of these minutes wereafter we asked him for more (she ended up using a stop watch on her phone) We understand being busy or overwhelmed so we did notcomplain but it definitely is still bothering multiple days later I wasn't going to even leave a review as I know things happenand I've never had these issues at another location that being said is the only reason I gave it three stars. If this was myfirst interaction it definitely would of been 1 star. Read more
My wife and I went to Applebee's on 132nd and Maple for some appetizers and a drink on 02/26/22, and the staff was very rude and... unorganized. From the greeter to the bartender, they acted like we were bothering them and spoke to us in a very unprofessionalmanner. What is going on with customer service these days!? I just called 3 times and no one is picking up the phone. When I arrived there were problems all over the place. There were 3... tables that had to get compensated meals. The guy in front of me was taking forever to get his order straight before he left. Iplaced my order and it was timely but missing the chips that go with the Fiesta Lime Chicken. I broke my diet to not even getthe exact thing I was trying to cheat with. The pictures are of the contents I received. The rest of it tasted decent butwithout the chips to put the lime over my meal was ruined. I won't be returning. Read more
The person that greeted us was rude, a female manger came and sat us and wasn?t friendly either. The server/bartender was... polite. The other male manager was polite. The drink I ordered had little to no alcohol in it. The entrees sat because the saladwas warm, the fries were cool and stale. 2 of 3 of us were sick with food poisoning.
