Service was good and the food was tasty. We came in on a Monday evening and we were seated quickly. Several of us had the wagyu... and it was delicious. I normally have my beef cooked med rare however I was told with wagyu it would be better more well so Igot it cooked to med. It came with a certificate btw. For dessert the carrot was the hit and recommend. Read more
Amazing food and awesome experience. The restaurant is very nice with a great seating setup. Complementary valet parking is a... huge plus. The food was very good. Steak was very tender and seasoned perfectly. The mash potatoes are the best I've ever had.They add parmesan or garlic butter on top (not sure exactly) but it takes it to another level. We were in Omaha for the College World Series and some friends from there suggested 801 Chophouse for a nice dinner one night. ... Our trip was for my son's high school graduation. I asked what their specialty was and our server immediately replied the primerib. Prime rib is one of my favorites, so I'm in, and was joined by my wife and son. It was excellent, one of the best I'veever had. Cesar salad and garlic mashed potatoes also awesome, but my son loved the mac & cheese (said it was the best he everhad). Great overall experience. The prices are pretty steep and beware when you're choosing the toppings for your steak. My husband... had an issue with the suggestion from the waiter and ended up with an extra charge not realizing. $25 corkage fee for bringingyour own bottles. Read more
