ok so its friday afternoon and i am getting my grande no foam v. latte. i do this every day so i know how its going to be given... to me. the two female employees say they cant make a latte with no foam ,and if they put more milk in it that will make morefoam. so maybe its howards fault causing me to expect first class coffee and service. so i was not in the mood to be teamed upby these two on what they could not do,so i just left them so they could entertain them selves.
