Ordered pizza twice now because I thought the first time was a fluke. Both times now the toppings are all under the cheese and... the dough under the cheese is completely undercooked. My pizza was fresh and 5 minutes early. The gen xer that greeted me when I walked through the door made me feel like my being... there was my choice and he wanted me to come back. He was helpful and courteous. This is no commentary on Papa John's pizza. Youcan leave that review elsewhere. This is about the guy serving me pizza on 4/8/22 and this location. It's so rare to have acustomer service experience that is positive today. Normally, I would have to expel a lot of energy in an effort to bringsomeone up to an appropriate energy level. This guy just had it from the get go and it was so refreshing, as the customer, notto have to work. So, since you didn't wear a name tag that was visible; Mr. Gen X-mildly greyed facial hair guy that offered meplates and napkins with my pizza at 1450 today, thank you for the great customer service! You made my afternoon. That encountermattered to me. I applaud you sir. Edit: His name is Sean and it's not a fluke. The dude just has a sincerely good work ethicand personality. Go here and say hi to Sean! We got 7 pizzas for a birthday party 4/16 and he even loaded them into my car forme. Everyone in there looked like they wanted to be there. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for carry out and when I walked into the store the manager was SCREAMING at his employees. It was... very chaotic and things weren't going the correct way I suppose. I felt absolutely horrible for these employees who lookeddefeated as their leader was loosing his mind and was not handling the stress correctly. I patiently waited for the pizzabecause I wasn't in a hurry. The two people who helped me at the counter (I believe one of them was a girl named Zoe) were verynice despite being berated behind the counter. I hope the manager reads this and realizes he needs to treat his employeesbetter. Read more

The manager was extremely helpful fixing my order after I had mistakenly picked cash for delivery instead of card. He covered... what I was short and gave the driver a tip. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Read more
