Ordered SEC croissan'wich, had to wait for fresh sausage. I was like, cool, i am going to get a fresh sandwich. NOPE!! The egg... was old. The bread was nasty. First of all the food is great. It was my experience with the supervision as I was there. Employee did his job actually a great... job, I made sure the new burger didn't have any blue cheese he asked if I wanted to know what was on the burger and I saidabsolutely ,who wouldn't. As I pull up to the window the supervisor / manager was giving him a lip for some weird reason aboutexplaining to me of the burger. Then she (supervisor/manager)decides to hand me meal in a hurry and forgot about my drink ,didn't ask if I wanted sauce . And when I go inside to ask for my drink, she's talking up a storm with somebody in the back, notrelated to work . Unprofessional as a leader. Ordered 4 burgers and a water. We got no straw... thank goodness.... because that led us to discover that our water was yellow.... The two Whopper Jr.s had no tomatoes or ketchup.... but they did come with a big glob of hot sauce on each one. Never seen afail so bad on such a simple order. Read more
Thank you for serving me the coldest, most disgusting fast food meal I've had along with the worst customer service. I placed an... online order at 1:58pm today, arrived in line at 2:05pm, there were 4 cars in front of me, with one pulling away. I recieved mymeal that I ordered and paid for online at 2:35pm. This was after all of the cars in front of me passed the staff allowed atransient to walk up in line in front of me, took his order, and let him stand there while we waited...all the mean while myfood is getting colder and colder. I finally get to the window and am informed they are out of Dr. Pepper and have been...thenwhy did the website process my order vs updating availability? I requested to cancel the order and get a refund because I onlydrink Dr. Pepper...and that was what inspired the trip to begin with. They cannot refund me because I processed the order ontheir website...I told them I wasn't going to be shocked if my food was ice cold by time I got home..they didn't really care.the manager stood by the whole time letting the window employee solve nothing. Get home, again 6ish minutes down the road...andlow and behold the food is so cold the cheese didn't melt, didn't even try to think about melting. The French fries were verycold...like when the center is still kind of cold...cold. The chicken fries...cool at best in temperature. The lousy foodquality, cold food, poor online ordering and delivery of food to online orders without having to go through the full drivethrough process, lousy service, and generally bad past experiences as well, I will never go here again...which sucks because BKburgers don't make me sick like McDs.. Dont waste your time in their long drive through lines to get their poor service alongwith their disgusting and cold food, trust me Jimmy John's right around the corner is much more worth the money.
