Dude charged me 7.11 for a medium nitro with salted cold foam, i saw them make it with caramel and then cold brew, not nitro. He... added 1/3 cup of coffee and rest was ice. Nitros dont normally have ice so I asked dude if this was a nitro and he said yes.Tell me at the register ur out of things just so you can make another 2 extra bucks on coffee. Read more
I am a frequent patron and typically am satisfied with the service here. Today I ordered a nitro cold brew with a splash of half... and half. The coffee came with way too much half and half, which I would have been fine with, except that the cream hadcongealed to the point that there were large chunks of dairy floating in it. It was too gross to drink. I called and politelytold one of the workers about the half and half and that I normally don?t call and complain but felt compelled to do so thistime. He was not friendly or apologetic, and did not offer me a refund or replacement coffee. I usually order from thisStarbucks location because of the convenience and have not had any prior issues, but I will likely be going with one of theother local locations next time. Read more
Soo is the definition of great customer service. As I was waiting for my drink she greeted customers with respect and... compassion. It is hard to find someone that can do this. People don?t come just for over priced coffee but also they come forthe atmosphere and the service. Soo embodies just that as she makes people feel welcomed and respected.
