Great service and friendly staff. If you are in the drive-thru and you are sitting near the front corner of the building in... line, go inside. It's much quicker at that point. Anytime I'm at that point I go in and make it in and out before the people infront of you have even ordered. Usually I'll bet3 or 4 people that were in front of me in the drive-thur. Read more
Went through drive thru for breakfast sandwich. Customer service was excellent, food was delicious and price adequate
The employees at Dunkin Donuts are really nice and you can tell some of them enjoy their job. Today we went thru the drive thru... at 8:30am. My son wanted the cake batter drink with the whipped cream and sprinkles and chocolate drizzle. One of the employeessaid that they didn?t have the cake batter drink so we compromised and asked for an iced DECALF vanilla latte with whippedcream, sprinkles and chocolate drizzle. We received our drink with none of the stuff on top and it was not decalf. They didn?tremake the drink but added the whipped cream and the sprinkles. Then the coffee cake muffin we got has way too much cinnamon ontop and in the muffin, I couldn?t eat it. My suggestion is dunkin needs to repeat customers orders before they proceed to thewindow. I had mobile order so I can grab and go. I had to them notify him that the order was not right after asking me multiple times... and then asking my name. Then he proceeds to had me the wrong order which irritates me [I had mobile ordered of 20 minutes priorand then waited for an extra 10]because I had plan timed to get my food, but because he wasn?t prepared I couldn?t go back andget it remade. Honestly I know early mornings aren?t as busy as later in the mornings and afternoon, but this is ridiculous. Read more

The manager Luis is really nice. They dont see me on the entrance side for me to order maybe put a bell by the counter might... help but dont want to be annoying about it. Just an alert of some kind. Overall always a good experience. Read more
