I?ve been ordering at this location for years. Always great service. The delivery guys are always pleasant and the team picking... up the phone are just as nice. Today I had a guy named Felix pick up and had a completely different experience than usual. Ifelt like I was bothering him and kept me on hold for such a long time. He has taken my order a few times and definitely needssome training on customer service. The only reason why this is a 3 star is because of how great the other team is. Read more
We ordered 4 things and they forgot one of the items. Called and asked for it to be delivered, they said no problem. However,... after waiting an hour, we called back and they said they made the item, but forgot about it, again. Ended up waiting another 20minutes and by the time it got here it was soggy. The majority of the time, our order has arrived quickly and hot. I rarely give out the highest score for anything, so... thankfully students don't have to suffer. The lack of 5 stars isn't indicative of the service or product. We eat the pizzaevery time. :-) Read more
Just moved into the area and Dominos in Onlet MD was highly recommended. Our first delivery order was excellent, the lady that... took our order was familiar with SSFS Campus - excellent. But our last two Order was not impressive!! Order #2 - Pizza was coldand delivery person did not put any effort with finding the location, We had to meet him. That defeat the purpose of paying adelivery charge. Order #3 delivery tonight at 5:30 - complete disaster! Again pizza was cold and the wrong pizza was delivered.. Finally got in touch with a manager, who seems very unapologetic. He offered to deliver another pizza at 10:30pm??? I amdone!!! Read more
I think this store in Olney Maryland has excellent customer service. The drivers are always respectful and polite. We've been... ordering from here for a long time and never had a single issue. The quality of the food is consistent and it's always good. Ibelieve this pizza is as good as delivery pizza could possibly be. We don't understand why they charge $4 for delivery when inrural Pennsylvania where they have to drive further, and gas cost more, and auto repairs are a lot less, they charge a dollarless for delivery. Other than that inexplicable delivery charge I have no complaints. we do often plan an order and then wedon't make it because of the delivery charge making the total seem unreasonable for a small amount of food. the base chargedbefore you've ever order your food is $8, 4 for the tip and 4 for the delivery. Then there's the minimum food charge of $13.Thus, the least your bill can be is 22 bucks, no matter how minimal your order. Since this makes us order a lot less often, I'mnot sure how the company profits from having the$e policies. the wings are overpriced though they are good and they're certainlymuch better than any other pizza place around here. I think wings should be charged by the piece, say $0.80 a wing, withdiscounts for larger orders. Read more
5 months ago this place was great. Pizza came in a timely manner under 30 minutes it was hot and good. I just ordered today ... 06/25 at 5:52 and the driver pulled up at 6:51. I was told by the manager they were so very busy and it would take 45 minutes.The pizza tracker said it was done at 6:02. I'm done with this Dominos. Read more
