Placed a To-Go Order via telephone and was very satisfied at how attentive Mrs. Lupita was as soon as I arrived. Seeing how busy... the restaurant was with people dining in and ordering upon arrival, I could do nothing but give props to the staff. The ManagerAdrien is amazing and actually takes the time to check up on his clients, help run the food out to the tables, cleaning afterpeople so that his employees may attend the counter. Excellent service! We had been going and the wait time was long, orders would come out wrong and the cashiers were always in a... bad mood! We had to wait even more to get our order correct.Tonight was different! Victoria and Christan were very helpful! Weeven got to meet the GM Mr. Adrian. We got our food fast and our order was correct! The food was terrible. The service was rude. We waited over an hour for our appetizer to show up. Our food got here 10 minutes... after. We got cheese fries with bacon bits and all I got was bacon strips on the side. The order was a disaster and no oneseemed to care about working just getting out. The beer bucket was not brought to us until 20 min after we sat down. Ridiculous.If you?re coming to what you thought was a great spot, think again. Read more
First of all, I called in order and girl took forever to take my order so just decided to go in and order. I waited almost an... hour to get my order and that's because I had to ask how long it was going to take. People came after me and got their ordersbefore me. Girl told me there was 1 more order in front of mine. Then I find out my order has been sitting in the counter for Idon't know how long and to top it off I get home and get one of my orders wrong. I've been going to this particular Wing barnfor a long time but lately their service has gone down. Waitresses need to be on top of cleaning the tables. There used to bean employee named Jason I don't know if he was the manager but he was really good. I don't think I'll be going there anymore. They need to hire some new people. Read more
My family and I had a great time at the local Wingbarn here. Great service was given by our waitress, Cristina. Food was... prepared to a great degree, and each serving for our family was distributed well. Plenty for each person, and more for later! The food was excellent; the amount of wings was exact when placing order. There was so much wings that were plentiful for each... perosn. The fries were hot like fresh with a great amount of veggies to go with it. My experience is awesome and can't wait tocome back for more. Read more
