20 minutes fresh but 20 minute wait in drive thru. Not impressed and didnt know what a bacon farmers biscuit was.

Slowest tim hortons ever. Quicker to drive to location across town. No one in the store but me, after standing there for 5 min I... ask if someone can help me. Told " we'll be there when we get there". Are you kidding me? If they have someone at drive thru they can't serve up front? Hire some staff. Slowest time hortons I have ever been to. Waited inside for 30 minutes while everyone in line BEHIND me got their order before... me. Asked for my drink 2 times, made it wrong the first time and waited another 10 minutes for them to remake it for it to noteven be what I ordered. Wont be back Read more

Every single time i come here, it is extremely slow. As i?m writing this, we have been waiting in line behind this person in the... drive thru for 10 whole minutes now when there is literally only one person in line. The employees are always slow, or don?tunderstand what we are saying in the drive thru, or they are just straight up getting our orders wrong. i?ve gotten the wrongsize drink, the wrong drink, the worst sandwich ever from here etc. the one IN TOWN in oliver is 100% better and way betterstaffed. these ones just weren?t taught how to do their job or something. Beautiful building. Recently opened, so some of the workers are new and being trained. Very helpful service. Large outdoor... seating area, not yet open, but will be pleasant in the summer. A very large parking area for bigger vehicles, ie: transporttrucks and buses. Read more
The most horrible Tim Hortons I have ever been to. If there is more than 1 car in the drive thru. I will turn around and go to... the one in town. I have waited in the drive thru multiple times for over 10 min just for 1 coffee. And that's with only 2 carsahead of me. Ever since they have been open it has been like that. The one on town is 1000% better. It's worth the drive. Don'tgo here!!!!! Read more
