I arrived at this location at 9:46pm, waited at the drive thru speaker, nobody acknowledged me so I drove to the window, where... there was another car that drove off as I pull up to the window I see the screen is down so we can?t see in. I drove around tothe front of the store and the employees are just standing at the counter. There was another person that walked up to the doorand it was locked and the employees are just inside looking at people. This is terrible customer service. Hours are posted for areason, if there is a reason to I close early I understand but it seems like these people just didn?t want to work. Read more
