They prepared our orders... quickly and efficiently and even helped to get us to our vehicle with the large boxes of food and drinks. I don?t even know where to start. The girl working was flipping out because they were busy and had holes in her shirt on her... stomach. They weren?t wearing gloves touching prepared food. The cashier was told not to take anymore orders all because theyhad a $65 order when we were willing to wait. I get working in fast food is stressful but professionalism should still apply. Read more
Dude at the window today around 5! Shouldn?t be at the window? if all you?re doing is making drinks and taking payments why the... heck you can?t count! Put dude in the back! He wasn?t even about to hand me my change lol. I had to ask for it & he still gaveme the wrong change. I let him keep it! Wendys food is good but there frosty especially the Jr. Frosty has become a joke.It is so tiny it looks like a toy. I WAS... SHOCKED at what I got one I got . I had purchased a coupon book and they would only let me use one at a time so I had to pay forthe other 3 I had ordered and they charged me the regular price.I just poured them out because they were melted. This location has changed for the better. Guy who takes money in the afternoon is a rock star. He always asks how your day has... been, very cheerful and then tells you to have a nice day. Kudos to him! Their salads are great, very fresh and tasty. Justcheck your bag before you leave especially if you get the taco salad. On several occasions they have left out the chips and sourcream. I order a number 1 breakfast and all I received was an bread, bacon, plenty of honey. I had drove all the way to work and had to... turn all the way back around to go get my food. As I walked in they had just mopped. They did have a wet floor sign down, buttime i stepped my foot down i almost fell really bad. The manager told me it?s because of my shoes. I recommend that when theymopped they need to lock there door?s because it shouldn?t be because of my shoe. What if I didn?t stop myself from falling orwas and elderly who couldn?t stop herself. It would have been a very bad situation. I was very upset about that. But they fixedmy food for me and was very apologetic about my food being fixed incorrectly. But the manager was not so concerned about thefloor and me almost falling. She was more concerned about telling me that it?s my shoes which I had on so tennis shoes, and thatshe had a wet floor down. The type of floor they have when they mop, shouldn?t have anything to do with the type of shoes youwear inside they establishments.
