The customer service was 10/10! The cashier was super friendly and so was the waitress that brought our milkshake/food! The... restaurant was really clean! The food was delicious also. Being from Texas I grew up eating at this restaurant. Unfortunately it said that it was open however they were not and that was... very disappointing. Mostly because living in Tennessee I had to drive all the way to Mississippi to get there just to notreceive it. However they're supposed to be open on Wednesday so maybe next weekend I will get a chance to go back and see ifthey can compare to the amazing Texas location that it came from. Read more
Order here thru DoorDash....and it was great. The cheeesy burger is awesome. The fries and mac n cheese bites were great too. I... will definitely visit this again if I come back to Tennessee. My only fault would be that there was barely any ranch in the lilcup...but everything else was great!!! Read more
Lost two stars due to order accuracy and lack of customer service when it was wrong.. ordered the rodeo burger with lettuce... brought out first time no onion ring or Lettuce came back, again with no lettuce this time.. doesn't really bother me but thelack of service to ensure it was right she just dropped it off and left. Stopped in for the first time as we are new to the area. Our food was good and the gentleman waiting on us was very nice. He... actually came out and talked to us twice. I loved my chili cheese fries!! My only suggestion would be to clean the tables morefrequently. Quite a few had not been wiped down between patrons, including the one we sat at. Great burgers, portions are fair, and the ambiance in there is really nice. Best part was definitely the service! The only thing... I'd change is with the spicy ranch try to use less Tabasco, it cuts through most of the flavor. Great place! Read more

The food is as edible at best, I didn?t hate it til I found a hair in fries. I didn?t see any hairnets on in the kitchen. The... staff was all on their phone and didn?t even pay attention to any customers. They were rude and acted very unprofessional. Andthere was a this older guy, I assume he was the boss, he seemed a little creepy and gave me bad vibes. He was like overly niceand was staring at both my wife and children for way too long. Made us all very uncomfortable. And it seemed like he was makingthe other workers uncomfortable too. He was standing pretty close to them while they rung us up. Read more
