The lady that prepared my 1st sandwich said rudely. "You should have told me at the beginning you had two sandwiches." God... forbid she had to get off her cell phone for a minute. Been trying to call since 9:20. They say they close at 10:00. We were on our way to pick up grocery order and thought we'd pick... up dinner. No answer after calling 8 times. Lenny's answered 1st wring. Oh and McAlister cause we love the broccoli cheese soup.Read rest of comments and should have known better. The women were too busy talking to pay attention to what I asked for on my sandwich. Had to repeat multiple times. Buffalo... chicken sandwich was ice cold. After getting it toasted it didn't even melt the cheese. Paid for extra chicken. Only put 3little pieces of meat. One girl was talking on her phone the entire time. Closed at 9:20 on a Friday. Google shows their stand alone stores close at 9:00, but the one in Walmart doesn't close until... 10:00. Recommend a change to online information, if this is standard practice for them. Read more
