Tried a meat lover's pizza melt. Tasted good. No sauce on it (which I love). There is marinara dipping sauce. The crust/breading... is thin and crispy...woo hoo! Let's talk about the young man who took my order over the phone and waited on me in the drivethrough. VERY nice and personable! I wish I had gotten his name. More places need people like him. Great customer service from the young man who waited on me at the window. 2 other gentlemen looked at me as if I wasn?t there.... Food was just okay. My melt was nothing like the commercial. Over cooked with no meat, no butter on top nor any seasoning. Verydisappointed. Read more
Horrible, unprofessional place of business. I cannot believe Pizza Hut allows this; order was placed at 7pm, and I arrived at... the store at the promised time of 7:30pm on 8/26/2022, and made it to the pick-up window at 7:50. I sat at the window for 20minutes without being greeted, being recognized, or even seeing anyone during that time, although they could be clearly heard inthe background. These employees (all males) were very unprofessional as they could be heard arguing, directing profanity, racialslurs and threats of bodily harm toward each other (with the drive-through window) for customers to hear. After being ignoredfor 25 minutes and being subjected to such crude and insulting language, I left and placed an online order with another pizzaestablishment, and picked it up 10 minutes later, and that was with 3 cars ahead of me upon arrival. Pizza Hut in Olive Branch has repeatedly refused to fulfill my order because they say my order was placed too late. I ordered at... 7:15 when they claim to close at 8. This is ridiculous and I will not attempt to.order from them again. Read more
If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would! Ordered 2 pizzas on the app at 6 and said it was gonna be a 49 wait. Waited the... 49 minutes + another 15 minutes in line just to get to the window and have the lady tell us our pizza hadn?t even been started.Then she proceeded to tell us that they closed at 7 so we weren?t getting our pizzas even though we ORDERED AN HOUR BEFORE THEYCLOSED! I give it 2 stars because the delivery driver was nice other than that experience was horrible. It took over an hour to get here... the bottom of the crust was cold, it wasn?t the type of crust I ordered. It was supposed to have extra cheese but didn?t. Thequality of the pizza doesn?t even look good. If I wanted a pizza that looked like this then I would have went to little ceasers(a place I don?t buy food any more along with dominos)and saved half of what I spent. I?m ordering from papa johns from here onout and if they start making bad food then I?m done with ordering pizza and I love pizza. Read more
