I just don't understand the concept of this place. The large pizza was $20 with tax. That's the same price as your competition... that can hand me 3 pizzas ready to go all at once with all the extras instead of me cooking them when I get home and hoping tonot mess it up. Maybe with a coupon or maybe if you need a special pizza that only they have. I just don't see why I would paythe same for less service. Read more

Tragically stupid staff. Asked for sauce and did not get sauce.. Even after correcting the error of "no sauce" over the phone I... still got no sauce. Once I arrived to pick the pizza up I noticed that it did not have sauce.They insisted on site that therewas sauce. I have never encountered such a mindless set of employees. I called back just before closing and they kept hangingup on me. I will drive to Italy before I buy pizza there again. Read more

They have Crustless Keto Friendly Pizza that gives you the choice of a few keto Friendly sauces. I prefer NO SAUCE. They come in... a oven friendly 7 x 9 tray (Serves 8.) My favorite crustless pizza is Papa's All Meat with EXTRA BLACK OLIVE'S and MOZZARELLACHEESE. 160 calories, 14 g fat, 4 grams TOTAL CARBS and 12 g protein (PER SERVINGS) The Club Salad ???? is 270 Calories, 6 NetCarbs, and 23 g Protein. They offer a low calorie dressing but I don't think they're Keto Friendly. Read more

Arguably the best and most fresh pizzas you can buy in a pizza shop in this area. Usually very generous on quality cheese and... toppings, my favorite pie is the Mediterranean and my favorite dough is the thin crust. But last night, the Staffingreality-check hit them hard on this visit. The Olive Branch store around 6:00 PM was staffed by young adults that clearly didnot want to be there. And I think there was no management present. No warm welcome, no smiles, no enthusiasm. I ordered my twopizzas, paid my 29 bucks and left thinking that what saves that brand is the quality, the taste and freshness of their pizzas,since you bake them yourself. Upon arriving in my kitchen after 10 minutes of driving in the rain, I realized that the secondpizza, placed under the first one, was entirely different than what I ordered. Back in the car, heading for Goodman Road. When Iopened the door of the store, the young man just said "I have yours here in the cooler, she gave you the wrong one". He took thewrong pizza off my hands saying "we had to redo this one" (like it was my fault). He handed me my "All meat" and I left. Noapologies, no "so sorry for the inconvenience of wasting 20 minutes of your time", nothing. Then I am thinking, is it even safeto repossess a Pizza that when home with a client? I certainly did not unwrapped that one but these days, I would be cautious.Not my problem, just a thought. I came home on time to eat the first pizza I had put in the oven, delicious but already coolingoff, because that's the only challenge with thin crust: they are best when coming out of the oven... my wife enjoyed it pippinhot! Perhaps it's time for this group of young people to train with Chick Fil'A Associates before their next shift at PapaMurphy's...
