I visited 6/17/22 around 3pm. The young lady behind the counter was wonderful. She was extremely patient with my daughter as... she choose her birthday cake and told her that she thought she(my daughter) made a good choice. I am from New Orleans (born and raised) and decided to order a king cake for my birthday. My husband called to order about 3... days prior and they guaranteed it would be fresh. Well it was very dry and stale. It smelled good though. When it comes to NewOrleans food, Mississippi should leave it alone. I will have my king cake shipped next time. Read more
I visited the store for the first time since living in Olive Branch and I don't know why I haven't visited before now. I bought... a chocolate covered strawberry cake at the recommendation of the employee waiting on me. I was so impressed with the taste andthe presentation of the cake. I brought it to work for a co-worker's birthday and everyone raved about the cake. Theemployee at the bakery that waited on me was very nice and helpful. Originally stopped by to get a mini king cake, however they were out ???? so I tried a strawberry tart with whipped cream on... top, talk about ???? yum! Loved the friendly fast service and the unique old time like atmosphere. I'll definitely be back totry more next time I'm in town ???? Read more
Ordered a cake for a wedding shower. Stopped by to pick it up. Cake was great. Lemon cake with light pink icing. Only problem... was my 5 year old had to go to the restroom. They would not allow her to use the restroom there. Said we could go down thestreet to another place. Had to walk in the rain for her to use the bathroom. You would think if you just spent $70 on a cake,my child could use the restroom. Again, cake was good. Service was frustrating! Read more
