We found this spot after a suggestion from a family member. While we did not try the peanut butter burger, it was highly... recommended. Beer was nice and cold; local beers on draft! Food came out super fast. We were told the Louisiana style chicken isextra hot. The mild option is made with Frank's Red Hot. I went with the extra hot and it was very good. We were in Southaven for a baseball tournament and needed some place to go for a late dinner after the last game. Mugshots was a... few miles from the ball field and crowded because of the Memphis game on television. Our drinks we're delivered fast but thefood took a little bit longer because of the crowds. It's tough to say chain restaurant food is great because it all tastes thesame no matter where you go. The dill pickles fried good. The chili was good. The queso a little light on the serving size butdecent. I would say it wasn't bad but it wasn't special. The service was good. Our waitress was friendly and checked in with usoften despite the crowd. So while this isn't a destination restaurant it is good for what it is. Bar food and cold beer to watchthe game. And the beer was very cold and very good. Read more

Food was EXCELLENT. The cheese wedges were the best fried mozzarella I have had in a long time. The Mac n cheese burger was so... big my husband only ate 1/4 of it. My chicken Philly was good. Today was my second time visiting this establishment. The food was great! However, the service and what was taking place while... dining out was beyond me. There were servers on the clock at this establishment drinking beer, using inappropriate language infront customers and children, blasting music, and vaping outside while my family and I tried to enjoy our meal. As a customerthat would love to visit this establishment again, I think that the behavior of the servers should be handled accordingly andbrought to the forefront. Read more

All four burgers were not what were ordered. Very disapointing.. we did ask for 3 of them to have substitutions. The food came... quickly and they were still good. Wait was not too bad either. I will give them another try sometime. Read more

The macaroni and cheese burger is so tasty and filling - You have to quarter it! Plenty of leftovers! Their sweet potato fries... are more soft than crispy, but still taste great with some comeback sauce! Friendly staff and very short wait time on a Tues atlunch. I loved the service they were friendly and great 90s music that I heard! .. it's not fast when there... packed but wait time for a table went buy fast there are so many different things playing on the TVs so u get plenty ofchoices which I loved .. and the photos on the walls are interesting just to walk around and look at .. amd our food wasdelicious ....
