Over 30 mins in the drive thru recently, so decided to go in the store this time. 8 employees all younger sitting in the lobby,... drive thru backed up 4 people standing to order, yet when told to get up and come help all said they were on break. At 615pm!Eating and drinking while they food prep and wearing backpacks while working. No wonder the wait is miserable anytime afterbreakfast hours. Read more
I just sat in the drive through for over an hour for a happy meal. When I got to window to pay they were rude and when I got to... window to pickup the food they were rude. I would NEVER go to this McDonald?s unless it?s an absolute necessity and you?re outof gas and can?t make it somewhere else. This McDonald?s is the worst on the planet by a long shot. I even asked them if theywere short staffed or if something was wrong inside and they slammed the window on me without explanation. I usually tip thesepeople even though they don?t ask for it or require it, but I?ll never even step foot on that property again. I wouldn?t walk inthere if I was dying and needed help. Read more
The night staff is absolutely dreadful! They make coming here a hassle and act as if people are wrong for coming to get food.... Full staff inside but the system is down? so what?s the point of being open? And when I asked that question she told me WaffleHouse is down the street? definitely should look into the night staff? Absolutely incompetent. Every time I go the employees consistently mess something up and one of my children ends up without food... and they refuse to reimburse or remediate the situation. They won?t refund, or remake the food that THEY mistakenly forget.TERRIBLE establishment with TERRIBLE customer service. If I spend 50+ dollars on breakfast I should get what I paid for andthese employees and this establishment will never satisfy that. Avoid!!! Especially mobile orders. They?ll make you wait 20 mins at the curbside and then serve you cold food when you finally... get it. This happened not once but twice and the second time i declined to pickup, i was still charged. Called the numberdisplayed on door. Left 3 voicemails including a follow-up for a refund, yet even for a courtesy never called back. Read more
It was terrible, the quarter pounder was raw and mushy, I have pictures. The big mac had no sauce on it and was cold. The fries... were cold and tough like they had been sitting for a while. Nothing like biting into raw meat. Read more
