This is usually my go-to delivery pizza place. They always arrive quickly and the pizza is great. However this last order was so... disappointing. Looks like my pizza was tossed in transit! The cheese and toppings were all over the place and my 1/2 and 1/2pizza was unrecognizable. *Update: I found it interesting that they responded to my review asking me to submit feedback. Employees can't read "garlic crust". They are useless and won't see any of my money ever again. They probably can't count to... 40 and I wish I had that cash back in my pocket. I would rather eat dirt than this food again. $40 dollars wasted. Tellmarcoswants my email so you can sell it to advertisers. You just made yourself dumber than you were yesterday. Read more
Excellent thin crust meat lovers pizza! I called in my order 15 minutes away and was told ?ready in 15 minutes.? I walked in... and they were taking it out of the oven! The staff were friendly, helpful and quick! Read more
I use to like Marcos, but now the pizza is horrible. They have young kids in there who make your pizza any kind of way,... undercooked, and just look plain nasty. You been warned do not patronize this spot, try Dana Pizza or Papa Murphy instead. Thank me later Read more
It is a really good place to eat pizza..it was very clean and the pizza came out hot..the the employees were very nice
We use to frequent this location all the time. The first few times it was absolutely delicious. Now, they cannot seem to follow... instructions and they just make your pizza how they want to. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for hours and we had justpicked it up from Marco?s. We asked for double pizza sauce in our order, but we got no sauce at all. Instead, we got huge globsof cheese piled on top of the pepperoni. There was so much cheese, the pepperoni was hardly even visible. They have not beenfollowing the instructions on our order for the past 3 times we?ve visited. We also bought a drink, which was dirty when thegirl handed it out the window. Today is July 3rd and the drink we ordered is outdated on July 4th. The next day. The crust ishard and the pizza overall was just disgusting. Use to love this location, but not anymore. Read more
With the economy such as it is, it seems the only pleasure still available is eating at our favorite restaurants. Today's visit... was anything but pleasurable. When a couple spends $35, on 2 medium pizza, I don't think it's to much to ask for the company orpersons representing the company be at least a little courteous. The young lady who identified herself as a manager, was on hercell phone throughout the visit, except for the brief moment she declined a request which had been fulfilled numerous timesbefore. The order taker was a reflection of the manager. The cook disregarded the specifics of the order, making it incorrectly.Upon exiting, I voiced my disappointment to the order taker and front manager. I told her she must have gotten her positionthrough attrition, everyone else left and she was the only choice left. She asked what I hoped to gain by saying that to her. Itold her, I'm hoping by saying that that something click's in her head, that when she is up front dealing with people, it's allabout customer service. What I should have said is, this business chose her to represent them and act in their best interest togrow the business and build a return clientele. The bright side to the visit, was, I met a very talented, capable generalmanager, who would be an asset to any company or corporation. I expressed my disappointment with the service while at the storeand again when I called from home after realizing the mistake to the pizza. It is unfair to this Marco's to get this negativereview, when there have been dozens of visits that would easily be rated a 5 star. As stated to the General manager, I hope thisis not going to be the standard going forward. We will have to wait and see. Please return to the service I have had in thepast. Read more
This is my favorite pizza place in town. I love the taste of this pizza and the crust that doesn?t seem to make me feel... bloated. I also have tried the cauliflower pizza crust and love it. My husband even likes it. The service has always been topnotch from ordering process to delivery people. They deliver quickly too. There is a chicken pizza with white sauce andveggies that I love, love. You gotta try it. Read more
