Would never go back, customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

I called to order a pizza at 9:25 and they informed me that they don't take orders after 8 I never heard of that when they... close at ten but it hurts the business and the employees dont care she was very rude about it also so I called Riverdalelocation the was more than glad to take my order I guess they was trained properly and not act like they own the place I eatlittle Caesars all the time but not olive branch store no more you need training young lady .. This is absolutely the worst Little Caesars in the DeSoto area. Recently I placed an online order and I got the normal... notification that my pizzas were ready. So I go in and they said it?s not ready. I was confused so I asked how am I supposed toknow if it?s ready if I already received a notification? The young lady behind the counter said ?well we don?t control thosenotifications but check back in 3 minutes.? I said ok?but she then said ?but you can?t wait in here due to Covid restrictions.You?ll have to go outside.? Now I was really confused. I asked what Covid restrictions? Mississippi doesn?t have anyrestrictions. And then of course another young lady that worked there who was just hanging out to the side behind the counterdecided to chime in with attitude saying something to the affect that?s just the way it is. All the while all employees workingwere NOT wearing masks. I guess management is real concerned for their welfare. LOL! Needless to say I came in and out a fewtimes, each time being told it?s not ready. I finally received the pizzas 25 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. Apparently can't wait in line for pizza, you have to wait outside in the heat. If you come in you get yelled at by someone in... the back to get out until the waiter can answer you. And don't get any type of special pizza, because you get the same defaultpizza but still pay more. Read more

Ordered online, including a drink. Arrived to an empty drink cooler. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finish counting nickels to... hand me the marinara I also already paid for. This photo is the ?deep dish? that they gave me. The ?extra most bestest? Iordered was mostly bread with a bit of cheese in the center and literally 10 pepperonis. This location would be a good place to put a pizza joint. You can go in 10 minutes before noon (lunch time), and they won't have... a single pizza or bread stick ready. The clerk will tell you it's in the oven and take your payment, then go to the back andstart making your pizza. What happened to Hot & Ready? It may be hot, but they sure aren't READY. I figured I'd be smart andorder online with a pick up time 30 minutes later. I show up exactly 30 minutes later and they haven't even started making ityet! I guess online ordering doesn't help. Honestly, I think I?m being generous with this review as I know it?s fast food. However every time I call in an order not only... do I have to wait at least 15 min to either find my order or they haven?t even started it and on the off occasion it is readyit?s incorrect. Whomever the girl was that took my order I had to repeat 3x, she sounded like she had food in her mouth. When igot to location she argued with me as to what i ordered. When I went to pick up it was wrong. So as I continued to wait againthe image below is what I got. I have now officially given up on little Caesar?s pizza they have one job and can?t even do it. Their pizza isn?t even worth $5.... I will not be a returning customer. It looks like someone scooped out the cheese on 2 slices and most of the pizza has big airpockets and hardly any cheese. Read more
