Dine in is closed and there is a pothole in drive through that can double as a fishing hole or you could bury a body in........ surly they saved enough money closing dine in to fix this. Unless management is stealing cash???? Or owners have an addiction ofsome sorts......worst krystals ever rather drive to west memphis than 5 minutes to this location! Will add pictures when itrains fingers crossed I catch a bass.....update food was cold and buns were soggy pickles were microscopic and floppy I do notknow how this location could do any worse. Me and my family came here on 3/27/2022 around 1pm and ordered three meals. We waited in line for 20+ min to get our food and... when we got home, we all started to eat and the first bite of my sandwich was very off, it was stringy or something in there.Upon looking further into it turned out to be a long hair from one of the employees working there. I called the store and wastold to bring it back and they were going to refund me. We threw our food away and I put my burger in the bag and headed back upthere. Their line was still long so I called to see if anybody would allow me to come into the lobby to settle this and I wastold I had to wait in the drive threw in order to get helped because of the lobby being closed. So I waited in the line againfor another 20-25min. At this point I already have over a hour of my time invested into this venture. As I approached the drivethrew window I handed them my receipt and Bag and was told I will only receive refund for the one sandwich that was contaminatedwith hair. My family was disgusted and we threw away the rest of the food and brought back what was wrong with the entire orderand only got a quarter of a refund, wasted time money and having to go buy a whole other lunch for my family. Veryunprofessional staff, I am very dissatisfied with this place and it will be the last time my family ever thinks to eat hereagain. Read more
Stopped by because the wife wanted it. They were out of half the menu so I placed a simple order 24 cheese Krystal combo with 3... extra fries. She said it's going to be a wait I said that's fine. She then asked again if I was sure I wanted to wait as iftrying to talk me out of it. Got to the window and paid the wait was not terrible but she rang it up for no cheese and when Ichecked it after leaving they shorted me a fry. Will drive to southaven location next time. Read more
One of my go-to places for a good lunch. I'm not deterred when I see three or four cars in the Drive-Thru or more because you... know when you get to the window your food is going to be hot off the grill that's how crystals come and the service here isalways good. Of course nothing compares to that Krystal smell ! Read more
Travelling through Olive branch and dropped in to pick up burgers. Told the lady that I would like to use two coupons. She told... me that only one could be used. When I got to the window she gave me a price in which I paid. When she went to give me my changeafter don't you need the coupon and she told me. "What would You Like me to do and I already cashed it out you. You needed togive it to me before. I said huh ok. I had to wait another 5+ mintues for my food. Also she was very pushy with ordering. In arush. I would say what I wanted and put an and in there waiting for her to get it entered and she is like is that all? Ordernumber 4778079 So the auto was totally messed up we didn't get anything from our 5 for 5. It should have been 3 little chicksand we got some double burger instead, I called to tell them of the error and she said to bring back my receipt. I return withmy receipt and inform them of the situation And they tell me that I would have to return the merchandise and basically tradedout. I went home and return what was not eaten by my family while I was gone. Instead of replacing the entire order they tradedit out exactly what I returned. Jordan the manager said I had to inventory the food. I watched her throw the bag of food inthe garbage. After taking it back through the window during a pandemic. Once she informed the employees to redo the order shedisappeared away from the window and would not come back to the window. I requested her name and the young lady who was runningthe drive-through lady excused herself and came back and told me that her name was Jordan. Read more
We tried the 3 cheese Krystals with bacon, fries and drink combos -- quick service to our table, that great Krystal taste and... filled up tummies! Place was clean and staff were friendly. Try 'em! Across access road from Walmart. Read more
