This place is a joke! The woman that took my order was so rude. After getting my drinks I told her I asked for Mt Dew not Pepsi... and she said " You did not". She then snatched the Drinks from my hand and went to the back to get the Mt. DEW. They were flatand no ice. I ordered a 4 piece tender and she gave me a 4 piece chicken meal. I told her I ordered the 4 piece chicken tendermeal and she said " NO you didn't " and just stood there like she wasn't going to fix HER mistake. I said a few ugly words whichI do not normally do and she switched it. No thank you, no I'm sorry nothing. Also asked for crispy chicken on another meal andshe said we don't have crispy, which has been said the last few times I've been. We will NEVER eat at this location again. Shutit down!! Read more
Don't know why I continue to gives these folks chances. No more!! Went today around three thirty p.m. I ordered a pot pie and a... side of coleslaw. I was told there was a 25 minute wait for the pot pie and was I alright with that. I said "No". The lady thensays OK that will be a pot pie and slaw. I don't think she understood a word I said. Only reason it got 1 star bc the lady taking my order was nice. I will never go to another KFC again. We have tried 3 different... locations in the last couple years and the same end result. The order is wrong, the food is cold, the chicken is so greasy thatit is soft and mushy (not crunchy), my teenager makes better instant potatoes, the gravy is so salty it invades your taste budsand you really can't taste anything else (in this case isn't necessarily a bad thing I guess), the biscuits are definitelyfrozen. I'm aware that this is fast food and it's not meant to be fine dinning but the quality has just gone to hell. KFC usedto have a reputation for crunchy chicken and fresh biscuits. Traveling and staying at a nearby hotel. Ordered a chicken pot pie meal in the drive-thru. I was told it would be a 20 minute... wait and asked if I wanted to wait. When I said yes, the speaker went silent. Just silent. A couple of minutes later, someone(sounded like the same girl) asked me if she could take my order. I told her I had ordered the chicken pot pie and needed togive her my drink order. She said, "You want a chicken pot pie?" When I told her yes, she told me it would be a 20 minute wait.I told her I'd wait. Then she suddenly couldn't hear me on the speaker (although I could hear her just fine). She never asked meto pull forward so she could finish my order. It was just dead air like before. I was the only car in line, and, at this point,it felt like I was being played because they didn't want to cook the chicken pot pie. I waited a couple more minutes, and no onecame back to the speaker so I drove off. Looking at the Google reviews here, I'm glad I did because apparently their food isabout as good as their customer service. Don't waste your time going here. Read more

Love the folks that work here. Always friendly asking how your day is going. However today I was shocked to here that they no... longer offer Extra Crispy Chicken as an option when ordering (2 pc w/sides) KFC has always been known for their EXTRA CRISPYchicken offered as an option why would the Colonel decide against further offering that. I could not believe my ears! Isincerely hope this was just a honest mistake by a crew member that was extremely busy at the time, thus the sole reason I didnot question the issue at the window. KFC would be lost without its EXTRA CRISPY recipe. Read more
