The place was very dirty and the service was terrible. I only ordered 1 regular shake and 1 regular concrete. It took me 20... minutes to get my order and I only got it then because I went back to the counter and stood there until Niaya decided to finishthem. She worked as slow as a sloth and would stop making my order to go take orders of customers who came to place an order. One of my custards was melted by the time I got them, but God forbid I asked for a remake. I should've just asked for my moneyback and then left. There were 3 other workers that I saw. This location has the worst employees! My husband spent twenty minutes inside this location because they first told us they only... took card inside. So, we pull around to park and he leaves me to wait in the vehicle while he goes inside to get what we assumedwould be a fast food milkshake. While my husband stood there Unacknowledged by the staff the customer before him had beenstanding there for a long time and finally spoke up after watching one employee make a shake for another employee. The customerin front of him asked why they hadn?t gotten their ice cream but could make the employee one. The staff was not only rude to theother customer but rude to my husband as well. My husband finally asked if he could get his order and they couldn?t evenremember what his order was. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hair nets. The customer behind my husband had to ask thestaff to take his order. It was as though there were tons of orders to take and make but the staff was only there to standaround and ignore the customers. Since I am reviewing specifically on my frozen custard experience (and not the hot food), this review might be a little... different than what the other reviewers had to say. Therefore, this takes me on a trip to the small city of Olive Branch,Mississippi where I had the opportunity of trying out "Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers". I am no stranger to Freddy's asI have been to a couple of their locations many years ago. Located directly on Camp Creek Rd., this particular Freddy's issurrounded by a ton of eateries in the area while neighboring an "Abbays" and a "Chick-Fil-A". Parking is fairly easy to find asmy visit which was during the evening of Saturday 9/25/2021, there was quite a few empty spaces. However, the inside was quitebusy as I witnessed several families all enjoying some good old comfort food. There is also a convenient drive-thru in case youdon't wish to exit your vehicle. On the inside, this place was very well-lit, spacious, and quite inviting. It gives you thatfeeling of being in a nostalgic 1950's diner complete with fire engine red chairs and booths while the floor tiles are black andwhite. There is also an area where you can buy custard, cakes, and pies to go as well as other condiments including their veryown fry sauce and fry seasoning. Finally, there are two public restrooms located at the rear side of the building. Since I wasalready quite full from eating a big dinner a couple hours prior to coming here, I came here specifically for some frozencustard, a southern staple. I decided to go with a mini size of one of their most popular desserts, a "Signature Turtle Sundae".This sundae consists of fresh & creamy vanilla custard, hot fudge, hot caramel, toasted pecans, & whipped cream. This used to be one of our favorite places. Now it takes forever to get your order. They never have sweet tea made. The whole... place is disgusting. It looks like they haven't cleaned in months. I had to clean a table just so we could eat. We asked forsweet tea and they said theyre out of tea. This was during dinner time. I would expect some messiness but the shake machine had messy residue all over it. There were... fries and food debris on the counters and on the floors. I couldn't tell how many were working in there. It may have been 3people and as usual with fast food places, the focus seemed to be on the drive thru. There were a few cars in the parking lotand a few customers inside. There wasn't a long line for the drive thru. In most other fast food locations, the preparationarea is back where not many can see everything going on but here it was all out in the open. We ordered the cheese curds andpatty melts. The first few cheese curds tasted ok but they were way too salty and soaked in grease. We took one or two bites ofour sandwiches and they had no taste and were very dry. One had no sauteed onions and the other had very few. This place isnext to a Chick fil A and other dining options. All of those were overflowing with customers and it was a Friday night. I tried the freddy's in southhaven one time and it wasn't my favorite. I decided to give it a try in olive branch. I only can... get the veggie burger add onions of course. I also had some onion rings with it. I did enjoy the onion rings, though the veggieburger is just not to my liking. I will say the staff was friendly and cleaned well. I broke my non dairy diet today and tried amini vanilla shake, for I wasn't feeling my best today. I think it is ok for what it is, just not for me. Read more

This location used to be good but today was not it at all. The food was cold, the service was blah, and it wasn't complete. My... Chophouse burger had no mushrooms and it was busting through the cardboard holder. It also looked like someone took a bite outof the bun. I asked for malts and I know I got just ice cream in a cup and I asked her if these were malts and she said theywere. They were out of American cheese so I opted for cheddar but all I see is maybe Colby shredded cheese on the burger.Overall it was bad. I won't be going back. Read more
