Ran in to get a quick dinner and get back to work. After placing my order and waiting, several people who ordered after me got... called up to get their food. So when I went to ask was mine ready the young boy said they had a lot of tickets and working on it(rudely might I add) ???? I said well several people that came after me got theirs before me?. I only had 1 sandwich and a bowlof chicken and dumplings. Ok fast forward, I get to work and I go to eat the amazing dumplings and wow!! ONLY broth NOdumplings!!!!! Sandwich was good that got 2 stars BUT service was horrible for the 1st time ever and seriously, I paid for abowl of broth that I threw away? Didn?t even get napkins or those soup crackers in my sack. I?m a RN and try to supportfirefighters but come on now?. Read more

Most anytime I want a sandwich other than a hamburger, 9 out of 10 situations the final choice is Firehouse Subs! Their reps are... cordial, respectful, and very patient with customers when trying to make the correct choice of subs. You receive a healthyportion of meats, cheeses, etc for the money.
