Where to begin? The customer service is top notch! Honestly I've never seen this before. Not in Memphis. Lol I mean all of the... employees were friendly, and attentive, they let me know right away that they were aware of me but that it would be a minute. After they told me that, I wouldn't have cared if it had taken an hour!!! I've stood in lines forever before any of the idiotsbehind the counters acknowledged me. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas carry out and one cheesy bread. When I arrived they handed me one cheese and one cheesy bread, they... said that they made a mistake and forgot one, I said that's fine and they said it would be 10 minutes and they would makeanother, 15 minutes go by and I walk back up to see and they had forgotten to make it a second time, I am now sitting here withmy original food now an hour old waiting on a pizza. I?m going to start this off by saying this dominos will NEVER get my business again. My mom placed an order with Domino?s... tonight and they called to get directions(this is common as they do this every time we order) but about 20 minutes later we getanother call asking for directions. My mom says no problem and gives them the address again. We didn?t think anything of it andanother 30 minutes go by and we start wondering where our order is. So we check the app to find out our order was canceled. Uponcalling the store we find out that we ?cussed the driver out and they will no longer be delivering to us? I have been sitting inthe same room as my mom and a few other people all night and she didn?t cuss or even raise her voice. On top of that she wasn?teven rude! If they don?t want to deliver to our address anymore due to them not knowing where the house is that?s fine. Butdon?t make up a story to get out of a delivery. And if you do at least call to tell us the delivery is canceled. Now last minuteat 8pm we have to change plans and figure out what we are going to eat. This experience is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! This location looks like a fairly new store, nice building, very clean inside. I noticed the employees all had on masks. The... store was clean as well as the kitchen area. I ordered a specialty large, the crust is always the best, I got plenty ofvegetables that were fresh. I was tearing into it before I knew it wheni got home. Best pizza I had in olive branch! Delivery::::We order Dominos all the time, I've Never received a pizza in this condition. The protocol for delivery instructions... was not followed. The pizza was on the ground of my porch...instead of the chair. From the looks of it it was either the ride orit was dropped how are we to tell the difference?
